Great home that fit our family of 10. Amazing location steps from Springdale bus to Zion! The property manager Alex was so responsive that he came over to resolve an issue we had before we even called him. Only negative was that the house was a bit warm when we arrived but it cooled down in time for bedtime. Would highly recommend to a friend.

Great home in a great location. Easy walk to the park and right by the grocery store. The host was very communicative. Winter in Zion worked out great because of this rental.

5 of us so plenty of rooms! Very convenient location! Local grocery store within a 3 minute walk as well as a delicious restaurants. The shuttle to Zion was just another 5 minutes. The home itself was in a very private area and quiet. The communication with owner & caretaker excellent. Would have loved to watch some live television at night but managed without for 3 nights. Won’t be disappointed!

This home was perfect for our extended family stay. We had plenty of space, a nice outdoor area to hang out, and were very close to the grocery store, the free Springdale bus stop, and Zion National Park. The hosts were proactive with communication and providing us information about the area. We highly recommend this home for travelers to Zion National Park!

Great place for a family gathering

Surrounded by the Zion peaks and 5 minutes from the park entrance, his spacious home is a great place for a family gathering. The property manager Alex is very helpful and responsive, and our family enjoyed the grassy yard and patio, comfortable living room and all the gathering places in this inviting home.

Great for a group

Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed here the first weekend in November and it was perfect. Plenty of space, good amenities, great location and communication from manager. We would definitely stay here again.

Something for everyone

The property and location were perfect for our extended family. Being located in Springdale allowed easy access to the Park. And there were restaurants within easy walking distance.

Family Zion Vacation

Close to Shuttle Stop, restaurants, shops and a food market. Ample parking. Large yard for the kids to play in outside. Plenty of room for large family gathering.

Owner/property manager very attentive. House was the perfect location to enjoy Zion & house was spacious enough to allow for family meals/share time.

Great location & yard for kids!

My extended family and I had a great time in Springdale. The property is in a phenomenal location- we were able to walk to a shuttle stop to head into the park and walked to the market and restaurants during our stay. Plenty of space for our large group to sleep and hang out and the fenced in yard and lawn was amazing for our kids!!

This property was amazing! Great location with access to the Zion Park shuttle, restaurants and stores. Alex was delight to work with. My only very minor complaint was there was not a hot tub as stated on VRBO.

Perfect place for exploring Zion

Group of 12 friends stayed while doing hikes in Zion. The house was great, well stocked for cooking and was located in a perfect location to local restaurants and the grocery store. Beds were great and fit the group well.
