This unit rents on a strict Saturday to Saturday during June, July and August and weekly only during March and April.

Banana Cabana 2.0 has set a new standard for Gulf Front rentals in the Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores, Alabama area. Banana Cabana 2.0 is a 6,100 square foot, 3 story, 9-bedroom, 9.5-bath Gulf Front house that stretches some 40 feet in the air delivering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Banana Cabana 2.0 is designed to sleep 28 comfortably. Outside the Brazilian hardwood deck is raised 20 feet above sea level and features one of the largest pools on the Gulf Front along with our signature Cabana Bar that seats over 10 people. Next to the Cabana Bar is an outdoor grilling area giving you the ability to grill while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The open area of Banana Cabana 's 2.0 deck is more than large enough for weddings, family reunions etc. Also, on the main deck are two completely covered deck areas so if the sun gets too hot or you want to sit outside during a brief rain shower you can now do it at Banana Cabana 2.0! The pool is a heated free formed pool with a 3 ft shallow area for parents to sit in with young children. The shallow area also features pre-drilled holes for umbrellas to create shade for the parents and young ones. . The pool has been situated so the late afternoon sun is partially blocked by the house thus giving you shade relief.

Banana Cabana 2.0 will also feature a corporate level wireless network so stream away!

This house has an exterior lift for luggage and groceries that goes from car parking to first floor only. If you would like use of this lift, a refundable $500.00 deposit is required. ABSOLUTELY NOT A CHILDREN PLAY TOY.

Weddings and Birthday parties are permitted. Contact us directly for more information as rates will vary for events. This property is equipped with surveillance cameras in the pool area.

**The pool can be heated. Please note that during December, January and February we can not and will not guarantee the water will get warm enough due to cold temperatures and the fact that the pools are raised and are not insulated by the surrounding ground. In general, the pool temp can not and will not be guaranteed above 80 degrees.**

WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.
