Quaint 1 Bedroom Loft near Cherokee Lake! All the comforts of home!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cozy 1 bedroom apartment! Nestled in the foothills of the smoky mountains with Sevierville, Pigeon Forge,Knoxville, and more all within an hours drive. Enjoy our shared outdoor patio area with Adirondack chairs, firepit, and charcoal grill! Also within an hour drive of 3 National Parks! Right on top of beautiful Cherokee Lake with multiple lake access' including German Creek Marina within a mile. Perfect for fishers, traveling workers, or just a space to get away!

Our space is completely furnished with everything you will need during your stay. Fully furnished kitchen with pots, pans, etc. for any cooking needs. Keurig Coffee maker with pods always stocked and provided! Living room and bedroom is stocked with Smart Roku TV's with almost any streaming app you could need to log into your own streaming accounts as well as tons of Roku and Peacock live channels! Free, fast WIFI available! Plenty of towels, bed linens, and pillows always available. You have the entire apartment to yourself! Our unit is in a shared building with another apartment downstairs. You will have your own entrance, stairway, balcony, etc. The outdoor "hangout" patio area is shared with this unit and 2 others. Feel free to enjoy the firepit, seating, and charcoal grill anytime!

NEW - "The Homeplace Restaurant" at the G.H. Coffman Country Store is now open next door! You don't even need to leave the loft to get a delicious meal! Offering dinner from 4pm - 8pm! Closed on Wednesday and Sunday. Be sure to head over and see all they have to offer!

Please let us know if you plan to bring a boat. Our parking area is shared with 2 other units and sometimes space can be limited. We do have additional parking arrangements available for boats but will need to plan for that before your arrival.

Love this little property

This is my second stay with the same property manager and this property did not disappoint and was just as cozy and inviting as her other property I rented in January. I will definitely be staying with her again if she has availability when I'm in town.

This place is fantastic!!! It is quaint, clean, reasonably priced and convenient. The property manager is friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. For such a small (but roomy) property a washer and dryer was the icing on the cake, the only dirty clothes I came home with were the ones I was wearing. If I'm ever in the area, I will absolutely stay here again. Thanks again Taylor

You will be in the top unit in this building which has the great benefit of the gorgeous views off the balcony! Our past guests have raved about watching the sunrise or sunset overlooking the lake across our farm! We also offer a shared patio space featuring Adirondack chairs, firepit, and charcoal grill! Our unit is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay! We can't wait to have you!
