Great location! In the desirable Southgate neighborhood on a quiet street close to everything Sarasota has to offer! Completely remodeled, open concept 3 bed 2 bath home with private heated pool and screened lanai. Landscaped yard that is fenced for added privacy. New gas grill in screened lanai with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the sunshine or starry nights after golf or a day at the beach - bug free! Patio heater. Weekly pool and landscaping services. Beautiful beaches, golf courses, shopping, restaurants and Legacy bike trail close by. New furniture throughout with tasteful decor. Luxury linens and mattresses for added comfort. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. New full size washer and dryer. Max 5 guest per stay, no children under 4 years old. No pets allowed. There is a Ring Doorbell outside on the front porch. Owner stays in the attached studio apartment when in town with separate entrance and living space. No shared spaces between house and studio.

Awesome house!

We really enjoyed our stay! This house was amazing! It had everything we needed and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Susan was super responsive and very nice to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this lovely home for 5 weeks in 2026. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and attractive furnishings in a quiet neighborhood. (The primary bed is about 15” from the floor, so that could be a challenge for some less nimble people.) The home is about 15 minutes from the center of Sarasota where there are many cultural activities, restaurants, etc. The beach is the same distance, depending on traffic. The owner managed from out of state, so it was a challenge to show her the issues we had with the dishwasher that did not heat properly. The disposal stopped working and was not repaired. Despite the problems, it is a lovely home, and we enjoyed our stay.

I’m sorry again for the concerns you experienced during your stay. I replied to your daily texts within the hour. As you know, we did have our handyman come out while you were there to inspect the dishwasher, and at that time it was found to be working properly, including the heating function. We understand that it may not have seemed that way from your perspective, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could take a look. Regarding the disposal, we apologize that it stopped working during your stay. As we shared at the time, we have chosen to remove the disposal entirely. We’re glad you had an enjoyable stay overall and appreciate your feedback.

Do not hesitate to book this rental! Beautiful and the host is so supportive and helpful. Four adults had plenty of room and the kitchen is stocked beyond belief. What an incredible experience for our mini family reunion.

Our host was amazing!! I could text her at anytime about anything and she would immediately respond! The house was immaculate! I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was so comfortable! The house was equipped with everything you needed in order to make any meal. They provided board games and smart TV’s in each room. The pool was kept at a VERY comfortable temperature, so even on the chilly days we were able to swim and not be cold at all. The hosts were so accommodating that when the house was a little chilly, she immediately put the heat on! We had such a wonderful week, my daughter didn’t want to leave!! I would highly recommend renting from Susan and Alan! My daughter and I hope to plan another trip this summer and would definitely rent this home again!!

Beautiful house that has everything you need and more!

Loved, loved, loved this house! Beautifully done, no detail overlooked. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - was a home away from home enjoyed by my whole family, including my young son. Highly recommend and way better than any hotel especially when you consider the convenience of a pool just for you in your backyard Host very communicative and accommodating and location was convenient to all we needed. We look forward to being able to stay there again! Thank you Susan!

Great vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed plus more. Susan was very communicative with us and was a pleasure to deal with. We loved the pool and lanai. Susan went above and beyond for us when we arrived with our family which included a 6 month old.We would definitely stay here again. We loved Sarasota. It is close to everything you would want to do. Beaches, restaurants, and stores. If you are a freedom boat club member, Marina Jack location is about 10 minutes away.

Super clean home with great location

Four adult family members stayed at this very clean home that’s about 15 or so from everything Sarasota has to offer. The home was supplied quite well and we loved the pool. The manager was next door at times which we appreciated. There are also air filtration systems in the home, which kept my allergies at bay. Overall, it was great and we’d stay again.

Homey, Welcoming, Comfortable - Highly Recommend!

This house was the perfect home away from home! The pictures do not do it justice. We had to cook multiple meals for family during our stay and appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There are multiple areas outside to sit and relax. The pool was kept heated and was very well maintained. For a family with allergies or are sensitive to air quality, you will be very happy with the air purifiers in the home. The host was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect

Our host was wonderful! Her home was very clean and there was so much attention to detail. As soon as you open the door you are greeted with fresh smelling clean air, she has an air purifier for the house. A welcome basket was waiting for us with goodies along with drinks in the fridge. All the neccesities for the beach down to a wagon to transport beach chairs ect. The house is equipped with new appliances that made it so easy for us to take care of our laundry ect. The pool is well maintained and just perfect for a refreshing dip. The location is convenient to both the city and the beautiful beaches. We absolutely would recommend this property.

Our beautiful home away from home

Everything was beyond wonderful! The home is lovely - beautifully decorated, with every feature and amenity you’d want — comfortable beds, new appliances, cooking supplies & utensils, toiletries, beach towels & chairs, pool noodles, and more!! The home has a whole house air purifier, was immaculately clean, and scented like a spa throughout! If that isn’t enough, our host left us a welcome basket with snacks, and a fridge stocked with soft drinks and water! The pool was awesome - private, serene, and the lanai decorated with plants. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, only 10-15 minutes to downtown and the beaches, and only a mile to the Legacy Trail! And our host was thoughtful & amazing — following up often to make sure we were comfortable, and very accessible when needed. Many other small touches and positives I could mention, but suffice to say everything was perfect, and we can’t wait to stay there again. If I could, I’d give it 6 stars instead and of 5!!

Spring Break

This listing was everything and more. Centrally located to beach’s, tourist attractions and restaurants. This property was clean and had all the conveniences of home. Would stay there again.
