It is a good space with very good location. There were few issues in the apartment. Bathroom is a let-down. Sink drainage is really bad and need fixing. They do not provide towel & there is no Wi-Fi??

The apartment is nice, located in a historic area, the building is very clean and beautiful, the entrance is magnificent and there's an elevator, but the apartment itself is clearly in need of renovation. The beds are very old, the bathroom light never turns off, and the washing machine and microwave are also very old. Towels are an extra charge, and there are no shower gels or shampoos in the bathroom. Overall, my daughter and I liked the apartment, but as I said, it's in need of renovation.

Un frigo qui ne fonctionne pas en pleine canicule, une bonde de lavabo qui ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bains , des tableaux qui se décrochent en plein nuit dans un fracas terrible, une propreté relative . dommage ! J'avais déjà loué il y a 2 ans,, le store de la chambre à coucher s'est cassé durant le séjour dans le noir sans air ni dédommagement pendant plusieurs jour Bien situé néanmoins

IndiquĂ© qu il y a un lave linge or il n est pas en Ă©tat de marche, couettes sales et malodorantes. Les fenĂȘtres ferment trĂšs mal et lors d un orage infiltration d eau jusqu au milieu du salon . Tapis de salle de bain trĂšs sale. Quasiment pas de lumiĂšre dans la cuisine, de plus le plafond est totalement Ă©caille. Aucune indication en ce qui concerne la lumiĂšre du salon trĂšs faible

Appartement trÚs bien situé proche du centre ville et de la promenade des anglais. Tres lumineux et agréable. A noter que le congélateur n'est pas vraiment trÚs pratique il est minuscule, impossible de stocker plus d'une chose dedans.

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé. La cuisine est équipé du stricte nécessaire et pour nous il manqué un congélateur. Il est équipé d'une clim ce qui est génial. En revanche il n'a a pas de lumiÚre dans la chambre seulement une lampe de chevet. Et une des deux prises de la chambre ne fonctionné pas.

Nous avons passĂ© 4 nuits dans le logement. TrĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de tout. Points forts : la clime, proche de tout, Ă  10 min de la plage Ă  pied, 3 minutes des restaurants et des magasins. Quelques dĂ©fauts : il n’y a pas de place de parking, il faut avoir la chance d’en trouver une en bas de l’appartement et les places sont assez chĂšres, volets pas occultants dans la chambre et l’évier de la salle de bain qui ne s’écoule pas bien.

Die Lage war sehr gĂŒnstig und zentral. Jedoch war die Isolierung ziemlich mangelhaft, so dass man von Aussen fast jeden LĂ€rm hören konnte, was oftmals zu schlaflosen NĂ€chten fĂŒhrte.

Wi-FI blev oprettet via en ustabil router, der blev udleveret i bureauet. Ingen brugsanvisning for tilslutning til routeren, det pÄ routeren anfÞrte password, kunne ikke bruges fÞr en ansat, dagen efter kom og tilsluttede det. Det var nÞdvendigt med flere besÞg af samme ansat, fÞr det hele virkede efter 4 dage, af vort 7 dages ophold. Betalt fuld pris for alle 7 dage. MÞbler var ukomfortable, en rÞd gammel lÊnestol, var fletbund flÊnset i stykker, og sofaen ikke rar at sidde i. Tung og gammel

La pire expérience de location !

Dans un vacarme de travaux assourdissants de jour comme de NUIT, sans la climatisation annoncĂ©e (ventilateurs poussifs Ă  la place !), pas de rĂ©paration ni de remplacement possibles du vieux climatiseur.Impossible de dormir fenĂȘtres ouvertes Ă  cause du bruit ni fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es Ă  cause de la chaleur. Aucune proposition de relogement, aprĂšs deux nuits sans sommeil, Ă©puisĂ©s lnous avons dĂ» quitter l'appartement et nous reloger en urgence par nos propres moyens. La responsable de l'agence diificile Ă  rencontrer ne nous adresse pas un mot ni un regard lors de la restitution des clĂ©s.

Si vous cherchez du calme, passez votre chemin ! Une discothĂšque est prĂ©sente en bas de l’immeuble d’en face. Impossible de dormir le week-end ... Sinon appartement correct sauf la cuisine qui est obsolĂšte.
