It is a good space with very good location. There were few issues in the apartment. Bathroom is a let-down. Sink drainage is really bad and need fixing. They do not provide towel & there is no Wi-Fi??

The apartment is nice, located in a historic area, the building is very clean and beautiful, the entrance is magnificent and there's an elevator, but the apartment itself is clearly in need of renovation. The beds are very old, the bathroom light never turns off, and the washing machine and microwave are also very old. Towels are an extra charge, and there are no shower gels or shampoos in the bathroom. Overall, my daughter and I liked the apartment, but as I said, it's in need of renovation.

Un frigo qui ne fonctionne pas en pleine canicule, une bonde de lavabo qui ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bains , des tableaux qui se décrochent en plein nuit dans un fracas terrible, une propreté relative . dommage ! J'avais déjà loué il y a 2 ans,, le store de la chambre à coucher s'est cassé durant le séjour dans le noir sans air ni dédommagement pendant plusieurs jour Bien situé néanmoins

Indiqué qu il y a un lave linge or il n est pas en état de marche, couettes sales et malodorantes. Les fenêtres ferment très mal et lors d un orage infiltration d eau jusqu au milieu du salon . Tapis de salle de bain très sale. Quasiment pas de lumière dans la cuisine, de plus le plafond est totalement écaille. Aucune indication en ce qui concerne la lumière du salon très faible

L'appartement est très bien situé. La cuisine est équipé du stricte nécessaire et pour nous il manqué un congélateur. Il est équipé d'une clim ce qui est génial. En revanche il n'a a pas de lumière dans la chambre seulement une lampe de chevet. Et une des deux prises de la chambre ne fonctionné pas.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement. Très bien situé, à côté de tout. Points forts : la clime, proche de tout, à 10 min de la plage à pied, 3 minutes des restaurants et des magasins. Quelques défauts : il n’y a pas de place de parking, il faut avoir la chance d’en trouver une en bas de l’appartement et les places sont assez chères, volets pas occultants dans la chambre et l’évier de la salle de bain qui ne s’écoule pas bien.

Die Lage war sehr günstig und zentral. Jedoch war die Isolierung ziemlich mangelhaft, so dass man von Aussen fast jeden Lärm hören konnte, was oftmals zu schlaflosen Nächten führte.

Centralt, uden komfort, ej gratis Wi-Fi.

Wi-FI blev oprettet via en ustabil router, der blev udleveret i bureauet. Ingen brugsanvisning for tilslutning til routeren, det på routeren anførte password, kunne ikke bruges før en ansat, dagen efter kom og tilsluttede det. Det var nødvendigt med flere besøg af samme ansat, før det hele virkede efter 4 dage, af vort 7 dages ophold. Betalt fuld pris for alle 7 dage. Møbler var ukomfortable, en rød gammel lænestol, var fletbund flænset i stykker, og sofaen ikke rar at sidde i. Tung og gammel

La pire expérience de location !

Dans un vacarme de travaux assourdissants de jour comme de NUIT, sans la climatisation annoncée (ventilateurs poussifs à la place !), pas de réparation ni de remplacement possibles du vieux climatiseur.Impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes à cause du bruit ni fenêtres fermées à cause de la chaleur. Aucune proposition de relogement, après deux nuits sans sommeil, épuisés lnous avons dû quitter l'appartement et nous reloger en urgence par nos propres moyens. La responsable de l'agence diificile à rencontrer ne nous adresse pas un mot ni un regard lors de la restitution des clés.

Discothèque dans la rue

Si vous cherchez du calme, passez votre chemin ! Une discothèque est présente en bas de l’immeuble d’en face. Impossible de dormir le week-end ... Sinon appartement correct sauf la cuisine qui est obsolète.
