Centrally located fully equipped oceanfront beach home. This is Hawaii at its best!
Our home is fully stocked for fun with board games, body/surf/paddle boards, beach toys. We also provide free beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler. FREE airport shuttle, fast wifi, A/C in each room, parking, laundry.

This is a special home for our family. One that we bring family and friends together in. Whether to relax, explore, work or celebrate a special occasion, this home and its central location on the island of Kauai ticks all the boxes. We are delighted many of our guests are returning to enjoy with their family and friends.

Relax on the beach, walk to restaurants and shops. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets on the beach or from your private lanai.

Bring family and friends together in luxury and comfort with an open living/dining rooms, chef's kitchen and huge lanai with outdoor dining.

3 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs and 4th bedroom and4th bathroom at kitchen/living level.

This is a unique location with many food options and activities walking distance from our door. Kalapaki beach’s protected waters are ideal for swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling, sailing and outrigger canoe paddling. Volleyball courts and palm trees line the crescent shaped beach.

The home is located between the 2 finest resorts in Kauai, the Timbers Kauai Resort, and the Royal Sonesta Resort. The proximity to the resorts allows for many dining options from casual to fine, as well as massage and pool services.

Golfers can take advantage of discounts at adjacent Timbers Resort golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Wonderful location!

We loved staying at this amazing house! The location was perfect for visiting various places on the island! Plenty of room for 6 of us and the kitchen was huge and great to cook in (I especially loved the kitchen-aid ice maker!) We all enjoyed the beautiful views and easy access to the beach below. The neighborhood was quiet, except for the roosters (LOL) and safe. We also enjoyed hanging out at the beach, snorkeling and visiting the bar/restaurant at the Marriott. There is a turtle in the bay that we had the pleasure of snorkeling with one afternoon!

Gorgeous view

Our family of eight had a great time. Terrance and Anna were exceptionally helpful and responsive when needed. We had flight issues and they were very flexible when our schedule shifted and we appreciated their kindness. The facility was very clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and we appreciated being so close to the beach and shops. Our guys loved being so close to the golf course and fishing spot. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful time with our family. We came with 7 adult kids plus my spouse and I. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the gathering space in the kitchen/ dining and family room. The kitchen had what we needed and all the toys in the garage were wonderful. Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards were all enjoyed. The fishing poles were broken but we purchased a few new ones to add to the fun. Beach towles were nice to have as well as the washer and dryer which we used everyday. Coming from a cooler climate we greatly appreciated the air conditioning. Access to the beach was really great. About a 7 minute walk from the home using the elevator. We spent a lot of time there especially after visiting other beaches which were much busier. Kalapaki beach offered us all the waves, sand and fun we needed without huge crowds. Terrence was great to work with. I would definitely come here again.

This property was absolutely perfect! The Hosts were so accommodating for my last minute family vacation. The home was so clean, comfortable and welcoming. We sat on the back porch and watched the dolphins and turtles, while my older fished below the house. Will definitely be booking this home again!!

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay at the property very much. It is almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, so apart from roosters waking you up in the early morning, it is very quiet. The property was very well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the access to the pool at the Royal Sonesta. Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with.

Great house great location

Enjoyed this house, spent a lot of time on the deck watching sunsets and looking at rainbows. Owners left the cutest Easter treats for my kids which they loved. Centrally located for different beaches/sights around the island, but also loved the option to just chill at the beach and pools nearby and order drinks from the outdoor hotel bar. Beach supplies, towels, etc were in good shape and awesome to have on hand. Nice shoreline path nearby for morning runs. And of course, amazing tub with fantastic view.

Stellar ocean front property closer to all activities

This is an amazing ocean-front property with beautiful views. Costco, walmart and airport are in 10 mins distance. Most activities are with in 20+ minutes from the house. Kalapaki beach ,opposite to Royal Sonesta resort, is in walkable distance. Amazing view from the master bedroom and kitchen hall! This is our first time visiting Hawaii. We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Neighbourhood is very secure.

Best Family Gathering

Our daughter & family live in Portland Oregon and our son lives in Charleston SC. Every year we try to get together for a week. Last summer it was Edisto SC. This year Hawaii. The reservations were made and flights booked. Only problem was a last minute cancellation of condos for us and our daughter's family. Panic time. But we got this marvelous house last minute and have been so pleased. Location is perfectly, lots of space for kids and adults and beach close by. Ideal location for our family.

Priceless panoramic views, quiet neighborhood & spacious.

We rented this property for its location. Absolutely gorgeous with views of the bay, beach, lush mountains, resort and port. We woke up to the sound of waves and smell of the salty air. The house was spacious enough for our party of 10. There is A/C units in every room that kept each space cool to each of our preferences. Beautiful gourmet kitchen, we had some issues with the range, but it did not stop us from enjoying a few meals. The refrigerator is an absolute dream. Terence and Anna paid close attention to detail. The house was fully stocked. We did not have to worry about anything from bath to kitchen supplies. Even stuff for the beach just a walk away. They even left a welcome gift for us to enjoy which was a nice surprise. We are especially grateful for the use of the free shuttle service from the neighboring resort since our rental car was not quite ready when we landed. We would stay here again. Actually, we would highly recommend it to our family & friends.

This rental is AMAZING!

We absolutely LOVED this rental! Due to the Maui fires, we had to quickly change plans and decided to visit Kauai. We fell in love with this island while we were there. The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking! You can see the bay, port, the beach, green lush mountains, and waves crashing along the shore under the house. The location was perfect! It was super close to the airport. It was an easy walk to the resort and down the promenade to all kinds of different restaurants, and shopping. Lihue is a great place to stay in Kauai because you can get to both sides of the island fairly reasonably. The hosts provide everything you would need to spend time at the beach which is easy to walk to as well. There were beach towels, chairs, boogey boards, noodles, etc. The house was very clean and furnished well. We had no problem accommodating 8 guests and we were able to sit comfortably together in different areas. Check in and check out were very easy. For any issues that came up or any questions we had about Kauai, the hosts were very quick to respond. We can't say enough good things about this rental! We are so grateful we got to spend our time there.

We absolutely loved our stay. Such an amazing home and area. The neighborhood was super quiet except for the roosters but they just added to the charm. We walked down to the beach multiple times a day and were very happy with the proximity to the ABC store and shopping center behind the Royal Sonesta. Make sure to walk down to the lighthouse and along the path past the Timbers to some beautiful spots and small tide pool area. This small row of houses is a hidden gem that is central to the island and super convenient but feels secluded. Terrence and Anna were fabulous hosts and made sure our stay was perfect. The home was very clean and lots of extras were available like beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and even a paddle board.We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best Location on the Island

It is hard to beat the location of this house. Right in the heart of Lihue but on a quiet street and walking distance to a great beach, golf course and resort pool and restaurants. Terrance and Anna were excellent hosts. We enjoyed every day of our stay.

Lovely & Spacious Home with a View

This home in Lihue was very conveniently close to the airport and we weren’t bothered by any air traffic noise at all. There is plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for a family vacation or traveling with friends. I absolutely loved the deck and the amazing view.
