Koloa Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. All of our family commented on how the house and its location were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the two dishwashers were very handy for our party of 9. We most certainly recommend this property.

Perfect porch oasis

House was very clean, spacious providing lots of private space, we spent the majority of time on the porch enjoying the ocean views and sunset. Well equipped kitchen and bedding was very comfortable. We would come back! Mahalo to the homeowners!

Honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed visiting the Hawaiian Islands, beach house was located in the perfect spot and covered all needs and then some, would go back to same location anytime!

Great spot for large families with sunset views and sea turtles every evening.

Nice accommodations for a large family or group of friends. Sit and watch the sunset and sea turtles every night right at the end of the driveway. Good home base to explore all of Kauai.

Koloa Landing dream location

What a great house to relax with family. Literally across the street from the ocean, within easy walking distance to several beautiful resorts, easy drive to Koloa and Poipu for restaurants, shopping and events. The layout of the house was perfect for 3 couples with two toddlers. Property management was first class, very responsive and helpful. Free concierge service helped us secure tickets and passes to make our stay even more memorable. Mahalo to the Remax Kauai team!

Best Birthday Trip

We had an excellent time- it was a surprise birthday trip for my husband and his mother (turning 40 and 70, respectively), and we brought the whole family (and a few friends) for some fun in the sun. The home was perfectly located close to beaches, shipping and restaurants, and the accommodations were perfect for the 10 of us. We could not have asked for a better stay. Everything was seamless. Thank you so much- we will cherish the memories from this trip. Mahalo!

Beautiful house, great location

Beautiful house with lots of room inside and a great front porch. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Angela with REMAX was helpful, try to deal with her, and double check ahead of time that everything is working before you arrive.

Beautiful House/Perfect for Larg Family

House was beautiful and nicely appointed. Huge kitchen was great for big number helping cook meals. Appreciated the large refrigerator and two dishwashers. Layout is great with plenty of bathrooms and places for family to spread out. Loved the location that was within walking distance of shops and beaches. Lanai was great with plenty of seating area for eating. Spent a lot of our time just hanging out there.

FANTASTIC!

This house was perfect for our party of 7. It was super clean. Great location right across the street from the ocean. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. Nice touch to have beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and a wagon to use. We've been coming to Kauai for about 7 years now and this is the nicest house we have stayed in.

Really loved this place for a large group. Stayed there with my family of 9 adults. Really excellent location across road from Poipu Landing. Able to walk to beach at Sheraton and several nice restaurants nearby. Lots of gear and beach towels in the garage. Washer and dryer upstairs and down. Easy to work with host company and would not hesitate to recommend.

Gorgeous Home

Beautiful home, spacious, great views. Well equipped with beach toys, towels. We searched for and thought we found perfect site. For medical reasons air conditioning was a must. When we arrived, one of the two AC units wasn’t working. In a house designed for air conditioning, trade winds are of no help,;box fans are small comfort.

The location is fantastic with gorgeous ocean views. This home had many amenities including a gourmet kitchen and Weber babrbeque that allowed us to eat in for most of our trip. The house also included many of the beach toys and supplies needed for a day of play in the ocean. I would love to return to this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our visit to this lovely home. It is as described and was very comfortable for our group of 6. It was a great location although it was a little drive to the actual beach area. We loved walking to the end of the driveway to look at the water, sunset, turtles and dolphins. There is a hotel on the same driveway that does bring some walking traffic by the house often but wasn’t a big problem. Overall I would recommend this home for a very family friendly vacation in beautiful Kauai.
