The Movie Manor was completely renovated last year to entertain an entire group. You can enjoy your trip and explore the front ranges' best locations with ease. We are located right by Highway 36 and right off Wadsworth Blvd.
There is more than enough room for a group of 14 as this home has over 3,000 square feet. The kitchen is fully stocked and every room is designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable. Enjoyment, privacy, comfort, and space are what you will find.

This home has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 King beds, 4 Twin XL beds, a sleeper sofa for 2, a trundle bed, and 3 additional couches. Every room has a luggage rack and humidifier.
Bedroom 1 - The upstair primary bedroom with a comfortable King size bed and ample closet space. This bedroom has the only private bath upstairs and features a 45" TV. The mattress is Helix Midnight Luxe.
Bedroom 2 - This upstairs bedroom offers a King bed and ample closet space. The mattress is a Helix Dusk Luxe.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom offers 2 TWIN XL beds, a 32" TV, and ample closet space. The mattresses are Puffy Luxe. This room will also have the roll away bed in the closet.
Bedroom 4 - This navy-inspired downstairs bedroom has a King bed and private bath. This has a King Helix Midnight Luxe mattress.
Bedroom 5 - This spacious bunk room offers 2 TWIN XL beds, a large sleeper sofa for 2, and a trundle bed. The TWIN XLs are memory foam mattresses.

You'll find four clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. There are 3 walk-in showers, one upstairs and two downstairs. There is one bathtub upstairs as well. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast for the whole group in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, and crockpot. There are 3 stools at the counter for extra seating. The open setting offers your group 2 separate living rooms to enjoy the space. We also have a rocking chair and pack and play for new parents with young kids.
The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal as a group. The indoor dining table is 9ft long and has enough chairs for 14 guests! The outdoor dining tables can also host 14 guests. The dining room flows effortlessly into the living room, which is complete with a large couch, a comfy mid mod chair, a coffee table, board games, books, a record player, and big windows letting in lots of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy and relax, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.
You'll find a recreation room downstairs with a poker table, a movie theater-inspired media room with an 85" TV / surround sound, 12 arcade games in one console, a brand new pool table and a desk area for 1-2 people to comfortably work.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The house has a spacious fenced-in backyard that was completely renovated in summer of 2022. We put in a horse shoe pit, turf, an outside ping pong table, tetherball, and a giant Jenga game to name a few. We also have outdoor seating for 14 and a corn hole game. We have ashtrays outside if you care to enjoy.
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home including the garage (except the owner's locked closet). Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
I am here for you during your stay - but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during, or after your stay.
This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off Highway 36 with main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, Olde Town Arvada, the Denver Airport, and everything else Denver has to offer. There are multiple grocery stores across the street and many local restaurants in the surrounding area! Please look in our welcome book for any recommendations / suggestions.

The home is in a residential neighborhood so a car is nice, but guests have used Uber as well to get around. There is a light rail station not far from the property as well.
This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.
Several hours prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver/ Arvada, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed 2 Eufy cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door and another that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached (which is over 105 dbs).
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $600. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace. The flue is closed and will result in the home being smoked out. Fines upwards of $1000 if there is evidence the fireplace was attempted to be used.
Please note that we do have one of the kids from the neighborhood take out the trash on Sunday nights. He will only access the garage.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.
