The house at right was torn down August 2017. Contractors on final framing of top floor and beginning exterior. It's been a slow process but seems to be moving quicker now. The contracted completion/move-in date, according to the homeowner, is August 28, 2018. (I think they are running a few months behind. But what do I know?)
Regarding property at left: I talked with the general contractor on 5/7/18 and he said framing - the loudest part - should be finished by late May and stucco finished by about June 15. He said exterior work should be complete by September with house finished by late October, early November. It is a spec house and moving quickly. I'll update as I learn more.
Washer/Dryer, cable TV (three TVs), as well as secure wireless Internet service and expanded cable service (no pay-per-view). All linens and towels provided and cleaning is included in the mandatory cleaning fee.
NOTE: Sleeps a maximum of six. Master bedroom has one queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room couch is not a sofa-bed. When I say the cottage sleeps six, that often means families with two children per twin bed or an infant in a crib (not included). I would not recommend six adults.
FOR WINTER LEASE -- ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED -- gas, electric, water, Internet, secure Wifi, TV Cable (three TVs) and gardener. (If paying your own utilities, it would cost approx. $400-450/month.)
