The house was very well equipped and in great shape. The setting by the water was beautiful. Easy walk into town to shop or eat and just a few blocks to the ferry. Luckily there was air conditioning since we had unusually hot weather. Our family of 6 had plenty of space. We were met by Julie with the management company, she was full of information and very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Such a amazing house ! The location can't be beat and the house is so well equipped we literally felt like we were at home ! Anything we needed , was there . Great communication as well! Cannot wait to go back :)

This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back! It’s even better than the photos. Location is perfect — walk to restaurants, shops, or ferry, and beach is literally right out the back doors.

Beach getaway

We stayed at the oceanfront property on Balboa - we enjoyed the long walks and the downtown shops and restaurants. Balboa Island is a great place to vacation and we loved the VRBO property.
