Our cabin is nestled in a peaceful resort community surrounded by trees — while there aren’t sweeping mountain views, you’ll love the relaxing atmosphere, easy drives on wide paved roads, and cozy evenings under the twinkle lights. It’s the perfect spot for family memories, outdoor fun, and quiet Smoky Mountain moments.

Guests have private access to the whole cabin and outdoor spaces. In summer months they have access to swimming pool from Memorial day until Labor day.

Cabin is in a resort only 5 mins from Gatlinburg. The drive is very easy. A front-wheel-drive with good tires is fine to come to the cabin.

Ample parking space for 2 cars (and 3rd on street)

Please remember, you`re staying in our home, not a hotel. We kindly ask you to treat the space with respect. Should any issues arise during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address them promptly.

PET ALLERGY ALERT
Our cabin is a dog-friendly home. While our cleaning team is thorough, it`s impossible to remove every trace of pet hair. Please consider this if anyone in your group has severe pet allergies.
* Pet Fee: $75 total for up to two dogs.

HOUSE RULES
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. All smoking is done outside on the deck
3. Vape pens, smoke, incense, candles, illegal substances are not permitted in the or around the cabin.

ROAD ACCESS
The roads approaching the resort and the cabins are very easy drive. You do not need to be familiar with mountain driving to get to this cabin.

HOT TUB CLEANING
For your safety and enjoyment, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and refilled between each guest. Please note it may not be at your desired temperature upon arrival, as it takes time to heat up. Feel free to adjust the temperature (never exceeding 104°F for health reasons) as soon to arrive if you plan to use it.
Streaming:
Streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, etc.) require your own account and login. The Roku provides 50+ free channels with no login required.

Rental Agreement:
Please note that a short rental agreement will be sent after booking is confirmed. This agreement outlines the standard terms of your stay (house rules, responsibilities, and damage policy) and must be completed prior to check-in.

Pet Policy:
Only dogs 1 year or older and under 60lb allowed. Up to 2 dogs per reservation, and dogs must be crate-trained and potty-trained, and crated when you`re sleeping or out exploring or any time you cannot supervise. Please pick up after your pets. We will charge excess cleaning fees if pet waste is left inside or outside of the cabin.
