Welcome to our Oasis! Located on the 17th floor of Calypso Tower III with panoramic views, it’s just steps away from the sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your balcony! Brand new construction with tasteful coastal decor. Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

This vacation oasis is located right next door to famous Pier Park! Close to the restaurants, shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, the sports complex at Frank Brown Park, nature hiking at Conservation Park and the many special events and concerts at Aaron Bessant Park. For the Fourth of July, Pirates Fest, Mardi Gras and all the other PCB celebrations, you can watch the fireworks from your oversized balcony. Your balcony has two chaise lounges, a two-person glider and a dining table with four chairs.

Inside, the master bedroom has a queen size bed and with a connected master en suite. A queen size sofa bed is in the living room. Twin built in bunks in the hallway. Flat screen TVs are in every room and free cable TV and internet service are included. The fully equipped kitchen has a crock pot and both a coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool, large hot tub, a fire pit, tiki bars, cabanas for rent and an exercise room with an ocean view.

We loved staying here. The location is great. The pool is clean and warm. The beach is close. And pier park so close I felt safe letting teens go themselves.

Beautiful stay in PCB

My cousin and I just stayed four days in this beautiful condo. It was very clean, had the basic utensils needed to keep you from running back and forth to the store and is conveniently located near many shops, the beach and restaurants. The view of the gulf from the 17th floor balcony is to die for. Helen is very nice and responsive. Our only concern was a water issues on our first day but Helen quickly helped us to resolve that. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Great Clean Condo

This is our second year staying at this room. The resort is great and close to Pier Park which is the best. It’s close to everything and has 3 pools and a walkway to the beach so we didn’t have to cross the street. Everything was great! Really good view from the balcony too!

Amazing family trip

We were in awe as soon as we opened the door the view in incredible everything is so clean and stocked kitchen with appliances. Helen was great with communication we will def be returning here I highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed even the pull out sofa is comfortable and to wake up and see those views and watch the color of the water change over the day is breathtaking also the pool is amazing too

Amazing property!

We booked this condo for our stay during Gulf Coast Jam 2023. The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo is very spacious and doesn’t feel cramped. The location is super convenient for walking to shopping, eating, time on the beach, and night life. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Helen was easy to reach and her response time was impeccable.

Wow!!

Don’t know if I can say enough to do this property and location justice. This home was so clean and so beautiful it’s located across the street but had the best view of the Gulf, sunsets, the pier. This tower is brand new and this building has a beautiful pool with on site snack bar, ice cream shop, coffee shop and doughnut shop and is a short walk to Pier Park which is full of restaurants, retailers and entertainment. Once we checked in the only time we were in the car was to go to Pineapple Willies. The owner of this property is outstanding and she is always a phone call away to answer any questions. This was our favorite family vacation!! Thank you!!

Beautiful condo

The unit was beautiful and in a great location. I would definitely recommend for those reasons. However, the unit was a bit sparse on supplies. No cleaning essentials to help maintain as well as kitchen gadgets, such as rubber scraper, etc. Also, the staff was a bit overzealous in checking bands at the pool…the same person questioned us continuously about bands we had on our ankle. Lastly, the fire alarm was set throughout the building, however you can not hear them inside the units. This is hazardous! Otherwise, the unit great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main takeaways was the amazing view each day of the Gulf of Mexico, the proximity to the beach and Pier Park. The resort style pool was also amazing and we utilized it everyday after a long outing on the beach. It was nice the kids were able to go to and from the beach or pool without ever having to leave the property. The cafe next to the pool has great food in case you don't feel like cooking or waiting 2-hours for a table at a tourist-trap restaurant. The owner, Helen, was excellent at communication and answered any question I had quickly.The only drawback is the parking garage, which to me is fiasco. Park on level 3 if you're lucky enough. Otherwise, You'll be stuck taking multiple elevators to and from your condo or vehicle. It's more of a inconvenience than anything.If you're like me and suffer from too many options when looking for a condo, don't overthink this one. Book this condo and you'll be glad you did. We will be back!

Great week with the family

Enjoyed staying here with the family. Very clean and nice layout. No issues. Loved the balcony view especially the July 4th fireworks ! Easy access to everything including the beach.

Needed to get away somewhere close to Atlanta. It was a home away from home. Very cozy close to the ocean and to the Jazz Festival. A win on all fronts.
