VILLAGE WALK
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. 7 parking spaces on the property, New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.
5. Pet Friendly (2 Pets Maximum)


- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! It was perfect for our large family — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still having great spaces to gather together for meals, games, and time by the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet.The location was fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, and close to shops and restaurants.We made some great memories here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a fun and easy beach vacation!

Beach Trip

Very well equipped kitchen, 2 washers and dryers, private pool. Our family and friends group could visit or go to the beach or shopping. Great AC system too!

Dolphin cove was great

The house was spotless, and there were lots of traffic gathering places for our big group of family and friends. We cooked a lot with the kitchen and the outdoor grills, and it was fantastic.

Great House

This is the second time we have stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend, with a large group of families, and we really enjoyed it again. The layout is great, especially with the huge kitchen, fire pit, and pool! We will be back again.

Great Vacation

We went on a family trip with 22 of us, we had an amazing time at the Dolphin Cove. The pool was perfect when we were tired of the beach. Perfect size for us, we will be back. Some of the queen beds seemed to be a full size and not a queen but it still comfortably slept couples.

The rental was perfect for our whole family of 14. Plenty of parking for 6vehicles and a golf cart. Easy access to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. A little problem wit some roaches but very minor. Would stay here again!

Serious insect problem. This place needs an exterminator immediately. Bugs (cockroaches) found all throughout the house, especially in the kitchen. Landscaping needs to be taken care of. Bushes are unkept around pool area and constantly dropping flowers in the pool. For the dollars pay for the rental, more attention to detail is needed.

Amazing Manager's Retreat

our annual Manager's retreat this year was in Port Aransas and the house was beyond perfect! the 10 bedrooms were very spacious and it accommodated all 15 of us comfortably. The pool was also a very special treat. We will most definitely come back.

Comfortably slept 24 people. Common areas area large enough for all. Easy walk/drive to the beach. Private pool and a heated community pool around the corner. I would definitely rent again.

Family Reunion

We had the best vacation ever!! The Dolphin Cove was the perfect house, perfect location, and the perfect layout. After spending the day at the beach, we came back to the house and started grilling the meat while the kids were swimming in our private pool. Golf carts were awesome and so fun!!

Family Reunion Spot

Used this rental for our first family reunion and was not disappointed. It definitely met all our needs and expectations. The rooms were even cooled down before we got there! Private pool was awesome and it had a gate to keep the wondering toddlers out. Kitchen sat all members. Overall great property would book again!

Better than expected

The house was divided into quadrants that made 20 people in one place not seem crowded. Perfect for our group

We have vacation rentals of all sizes to accommodate many different types of vacation plans, each of which is fully furnished with comfortable coastal furniture.
Our Mission is to give back and help Port Aransas maintain its natural beauty. With each booking a portion of proceeds will be given back quarterly to a local non profit. We will be selling and including: Protect Port A bracelets in all guest gift baskets. Our mission extends to our guests through our "Welcome Baskets." Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.

Welcome to Dolphin Cove! There are beds for 24 people in this courtyard retreat home, with a private pool. As you enter the two-level screened porch you will be able to spread out in the ten bedrooms, with four separate entrances that are all connected within the screened porch. You can make the sleeping arrangements the best for your group! This home is also pet friendly making it easy to bring your furry friends along for the vacation. This neighborhood is close to it all!
**3 minutes from miles and miles of Sandy Beaches for walking, biking, jogging, building sand castle, horseshoes, shelling, and the best sun bathing you can find. Also available nearby are beach rentals for surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, and so many other ways to have fun . . . . . OR, just lay on the beach and relax!!

**5 minutes from the grocery store and all downtown boutiques and you are able to shop 'till you drop
