Beautiful expansive 4 bedroom home (3500sq. ft) on 4 acres in a very private setting. The back yard backs on to a canal that leads to the Myakka river. The front yard is approximately 500' deep with a large pond.
A large lanai and swimming pool with a waterfall feature open up from the living room as well as the bedroom. There is also a spa in the corner for cool nights.
A huge master bedroom and ensuite feature 2 separate sink and mirrors as well as a walk in shower and large bath. 3 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms are on the opposite side of the house with their own hallway. Bedrooms are all equipped with sizeable flat screen TVs

The kitchen has 2 islands with plenty of space for food preparation with a wine fridge as well.

The open concept makes this house great for families and friends to socialize. The huge kitchen makes meal preparation easy and accommodates many hands. There are 6 bar stools around the perimeter for those whose talent lies more in the verbal realm rather than culinary.

The lanai boasts a large square table with 8 chairs for outdoor dining.

The house is situated on a 500' lot that ends at a canal close to the Myakka River. The setting is remote although there are houses close by and very little traffic.

The home is situated on a lovely private natural acreage with beautiful homes in the area and accessible to major shopping and necessary amenities within a 5 minute drive. It is absolutely lovely inside with extensive use of granite and tile and an expansive dream kitchen. The heated pool, spa and lanai area were comforting and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun all day . The home is very well equipped, providing every possible amenity to accommodate your culinary skills, entertainment, fun in the sun and ideal for family. The owner Terry is a wonderful and responsive person, a pleasure to work with, and quick to respond to any questions. Port Charlotte Harbor beach is perfect for little ones and a short 15 minute drive. Have stayed in the Southwest Florida area for many years. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful with all the comforts you expect close at hand. No hesitation to return for future vacations.

This property was amazing! It was perfectly decorated, very clean, and had every amenity you could imagine. My family and I stayed for 5 nights and would have stayed longer if time permitted. It’s located in an area that’s more of a natural setting and offers complete privacy. The owner, Terry, was very easy to work with as well. I highly recommend this property and hope to use it again when I visit this area in the future.

Great location near shopping on large property. Very quiet area. The large kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Englewood beach is a short drive and there are two major league ballparks close by for Tampa Bay Rays and Atlanta Braves. The master bedroom was very nice and all rooms had comfortable beds with sufficient closets and dressers for clothes. There is one house next door but we hardly ever saw or heard them. We enjoyed our month stay and the owner was very attentive to our needs. There were games, and beach chairs and umbrellas to use. I would highly recommend this house for rental.

Terry was a pleasure to work with. If a problem came up, he immediately got it taken care of. Very beautiful home with lots of privacy. The best part was lanai with heated pool and separate hot tub. So much open space in the house. If in the area again this is where we would want to be. Thanks for sharing your house with us, Terry.

This house was amazing! The pictures and video are great, but the “wow” experience of first walking into this house and seeing it first hand is awesome! The tall ceilings, spacious rooms, every amenity you can think of, along with the decorations really made this house stand out! I can honestly say that staying here for a week during our vacation really made our vacation much better! Early mornings sitting by the pool listening to the water fall was a relaxing start to the day. Grilling and swimming into the evenings was equally amazing! Terry was very responsive and easy to work with. We would rent this house again, no questions!

We loved the swimming area. The bathroom by the pool was very handy. The home easily accomadated our family of 9. The floor plan was for entertaining. The beauty of the property was peaceful. The owner quickly responded to questions. Hope we can stay here again in 2023! It is the perfect vacation home!!
