We kijken ernaar uit u te verwelkomen in ons vakantiehuis in Flagler Beach. Geniet van zonsopgangen terwijl u wakker wordt vanuit de grote slaapkamer, met koffie op het balkon of vanuit het comfort van de woonkamer!

Flagler Beach is de best bewaarde geheime strandgemeenschap van Florida, gelegen tussen het historische St. Augustine en Daytona Beach. Afgezien van de 6 mijl van afgelegen ongerepte strand, biedt Flagler voor elk wat wils, waaronder wandel- en fietspaden, wereldberoemde golfbanen, dineren aan zee, eclectische winkels, surfen en een klassieke vissteiger. Naast een paar vakantiegangers en af en toe surfers, is Flagler's relaxte retro-sfeer ook bekend om zeeschildpadden en walvissen aan te trekken.

Het herenhuis bevindt zich op de tweede en derde verdieping van Ocean Beach Club II langs de schilderachtige A1A. Een goed onderhouden 4 verdiepingen tellend complex dat uitkijkt over een prachtig zwembad en daarbuiten de oceaan met directe toegang tot het strand. Tennisbaan, gemeenschappelijke grills, shuffleboard en voldoende parkeergelegenheid zijn slechts enkele voorzieningen van Ocean Beach Club II.

Op de eerste verdieping van het rookvrije herenhuis is een 1/2 badkamer, volledig appliced L-vormige keuken compleet met een wasmachine en droger. De woonkamer is open en ruim met eethoek voor 6 personen en een woonkamer met een slaapbank voor een bed en een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan, of kabel-tv met blueray-speler als u verkiest, of online browsen op privé wifi.

Boven is 2 slaapkamers en 2 volledige baden. De master suite beschikt over een kingsize bed en nog een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan. De tweede slaapkamer is perfect voor kinderen met 2 comfortabele eenpersoonsbedden met een inloopdouche in de tweede badkamer.

Er zijn veel activiteiten in de buurt, waaronder Marineland Aquarium, waar u kunt zwemmen met de dolfijnen, Palm Coast Marina met vischarters, kajak- en bootverhuur. Vlaggenschip Harbor Boardwalk is een must voor fietsliefhebbers en de rivier de Matanzas is een geweldig gebied om te vissen, kajakken en zeilen. Op 30 minuten rijden naar het noorden vind je St. met Spaanse invloeden Augustine of naar het zuiden vind je Daytona Beach met de Daytona International Speedway. Iets verder ten zuiden van Daytona vind je Kennedy Space Center. 90 minuten naar het westen is Disney World en Universal Studies.

My husband, myself and daughter enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. The condo was clean upon arrival and well stocked with necessities. We had a smooth process throughout the experience with the Mason family. It is located in a quiet and safe community on Flaglar Beach. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Andy was very easy to get in touch with when the toilet handle broke and quickly had the issue resolved by having a plumber come out. The condo was very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! It was a pleasure to rent Andy’s space and we would definitely stay again.

The location was ideal—nicely tucked away from the crowds but still convenient to restaurants and shops. One note: the name on the sign at the condo complex didn’t match the info we were given, which caused a bit of initial confusion.We loved starting each morning on the lanai with coffee and beautiful sunrises. The condo itself is in good shape overall, though a few small updates could give it a fresher feel. We did have to clean the lanai furniture upon arrival.Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that the pool was out of service due to scheduled maintenance—something that was not mentioned in the listing or communicated to us beforehand. For a family vacation, not having pool access all week was a letdown. While the owners did offer compensation, I would have much preferred transparency and the ability to plan accordingly. The lack of disclosure felt misleading.

Wonderful townhouse ,ocean front and view

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony as well as beach directly in front of our building. There were a couple of small glitches but Andrew took care of them immediately. He even emailed a gift card to use at a restaurant close by for any inconvenience. Very nice and unexpected. The townhouse was great the second we entered, with ocean view and balcony straight ahead. The place was clean and well situated with half bath downstairs and bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. We had every thing we needed.. The small beach town was quaint with many seaside restaurants all along the coast, shops too .The only disappointment was no toilet paper in any bathrooms upon arrival, after driving all day. We loved the location and townhouse, and hope to return. Andrew was a perfect host with quick responses.

Serene and fun

The home was very clean and well appointed. The beds very comfortable. Use of the balcony was wonderful, along with the upstairs balcony for sun set. Perfect location for exploring St. Augustine and beaches to the south. Surrounded by nature trails and parks.

Can't beat the location. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular! Just walk across the street to the beach. The condo may have been a little outdated, but it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating.

Just steps to the beach, which was very convenient. Balcony of condo overlooks the beach and provides a beautiful sunrise experience. Pool was cleaned daily and had plenty of seating. Condo was a little dated, but clean. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions .

Wonderful Condo!

We have vacationed in this area for several years now, this was our first time renting this unit and it was great. The complex is well kept, the condo had everything we needed, the pool is great and was never crowded, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The owners were helpful and responsive to questions that we had, the rental process was easy. We very much enjoyed this condo and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you to the Mason's for allowing us to enjoy your condo for our vacation this year.

Quiet with Easy Beach Access

This condo was perfect for me, my wife and 2 kids (8 and 6). Everyone you run into at the complex, whether at the pool or just walking by would greet you. The beach is right across the street. It’s about 3 miles south of the pier at Flagler Beach which is nice since it’s a lot quieter. It’s about a 20-25 min drive to Ormond Beach and Daytona, about an hour to St Augustine.

Perfect place

We enjoyed everything about this place. Very quiet place and my daughter had the pool all to herself most days. Condo is exactly as pictured. We did not take anything for the beach this condo has everything you need. Towels, toys, chairs, umbrella etc. It was a perfect week and we will be back!

We had a great week at the beach! This property has the best pool of any property on Flagler Beach. The condo had everything we needed - plenty of seating, full kitchen, washer/dryer, firm mattresses.
