Things to Know

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The unit was one of the best units we’ve stayed at, with the exception of black mold underneath the water on/off knob for the shower in the main bathroom. The knob needs replaced. Everything worked well and all the furniture was in great condition. The balcony view was amazing and the walk to the beach was very convenient.

Run down apartment with repairs needed

Very disappointing experience. The chain lock on the front door was broken, the shower door was broken, there was no stopper in the tub, there was black mold in the bathroom, a bedside lamp didn’t work, a living room swivel chair squeaked loudly, and the cushions on the sofa were stained. When we called to have the shower door repaired we were told it needed to be replaced and management couldn’t do that. Worst Sea Colony experience I have had in the 30 years I’ve been coming there.
