Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this one-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and den. You are required to check in at the Marketplace Office, located at the following address:

Hours of Operation:
9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Hours will vary seasonally. Office closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.)
Directions to Office:
From the North: Route 1 south, right onto West Way, right at the stop sign.
From the South: Route 1 north, left onto West Way, right at the stop sign.
Our office is in the middle of the shopping center. The Marketplace Office is located in the Marketplace Shopping Center, across from the Sea Colony high-rise buildings. (33546 Marketplace Bethany Beach, DE 19930).
If you arrive after hours, you will still need to visit the office to obtain your check-in packet. A phone number will be posted on the building; call this number and customer service will give you the code to open the lockbox and retrieve your packet.
Please note that all keys must be returned to the office when you check out. In the event that a key is lost/not returned upon check-out, a charge will be applied to your reservation to cover the replacement cost.
2025 Sea Colony Recreational Association Fees (paid on-site per person, per week required for all guests 4 and older)
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
