Great Location! Home with lake view, located at MM 10 in Sunrise Beach. Parking for four full size vehicles. Deck off the back of the home overlooking the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedroom, two bath home that sleeps 12. Main level featuring a queen size bed, two full beds and twin/full bunk beds, and one full bath. Walk out basement features a queen size bed, twin day bed with trundle twin, and one full bath.

Boat, jet ski rentals, paddle board, and kayak rentals are provided at Frankie And Louie's. Convenient to local attractions and events. Local Attractions: Ha Ha Tonka Park, Captain Ron's Lake Front Dining, Franky & Louis Beach Front Bar & Grill, Bear Bottom Resort. Woods Grocery store is 2.3 miles away.

The property does not have access to a dock, boat slip or boat ramp.

Leave any used beds unmade.
Clean up any spilled items.
Wash any used dishes, cooking utensils, cub, pots and pans, and clean the grill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No sitting on furniture/beds with wet/soiled clothing. No food/drinks in bedrooms. Additional charge for stains. Bath towels are not for lake use.
Quiet time after 11:00 PM. Remove all items from the refrigerator before leaving. Wash/return used kitchen supplies. Leave beds unmade. Clean grill.
Remove all trash from premise and place in trash bins at 243 Cottontail Drive. Turn off lights & lock doors/windows. No feminine products in septic.

Great house

This is the perfect place if you are not bringing a boat and do not need lake access with a dock. It's walking distance to Franky and Louis which has the swim beach, restaurant, live music and boat rental. Neighbors are friendly and plenty parking.
