Lake front

Klich inn is located in beautiful Sunrise Beach. It is a lake front 1 level ranch house with 3 bedrooms and 1& 1/2 bathrooms. It features a newly remodeled kitchen. It can sleep 8 comfortably. The Inn is in a deep water cove near mile marker 10 and includes a 1 well covered dock with 10' x 24' slip. We covered about 4 feet to have more room for a sitting area. There is plenty of off street parking. There is easy access to many fun activities both by land and water. This is a great location for a family vacation or possibly even a family reunion, with plenty of open space for everyone to enjoy!

We had a fantastic stay at Kilch Inn! The house was stocked with all the essentials! We took advantage of the board games and had the best time laughing and bonding with our kids. Close to everything, cute decor, super easy check-in and out procedure! Will definitely be back!

Great place at the lake. Everything you could need. Lots of kids toys. Great price and location. Just a cove over from Franky and Louie’s which is great for kids.

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for what we needed. We were on motorcycles and there was a lean to we were able to put the bikes under. Pam was a wonderful host and was very helpful with all of our questions. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. A

Great house, perfect location

Everything was great from the perfect location to ease of check-in and check-out. The house was clean, fully stocked with anything you might need during your stay, and had plenty of space! The owners were super friendly and very quick to respond to our questions. Great house for a much needed couples weekend at the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Vacation

Two families stayed at this property we had 10 adults there was plenty of space for everyone. The only downfall is there’s only one shower. The location is great as we boated to Coconuts and Dog Days. We also loved swimming off the dock.

We stayed at this property with another family. We had 9 people total and there was more than enough room! The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some! We had a great week at the lake! Thanks for your hospitality Pam!

Ocean theme house

We stayed here for 3 nights. Location is quiet and beautiful. House is really nice and large enough for 2,3 families. The owners designed the house like a theme park and you feel you are staying under the sea with amazing fishes and Turtles and sea horses. You can't believe how they paid close attention to details. Property was clean and pleasant, whatever you need they have in bulk, many towels, sheets, dishes and whatever you could think of. I wish they update their photos as I saw many improvements compared to photos. We had great time there!

Nice Ozarks Location

The house was located on the main channel, which made the water a bit rough for swimming, which was expected. We were still able to enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating though. Most of the carpets are old and we didn't get an overwhelming sense of it being super clean in the house or that well taken care of. The layout was nice and provided room for the kids to play. There were many rooms and beds for everyone to sleep in and have their own space, so that was nice. It fit our needs well for the few days we were there, but I'm not sure we would stay again.

Excellent, secluded house for family gathering

We took a group of six of our family members to the lake for a long weekend. Last year we got a condo, but this house was so much better. The house is huge with room enough that we didn’t get under each other’s feet. We found games and other outdoor activity items there as well a really nice fire pit and our own boat slip. The decor was very lake kitschy but seemed very appropriate for the stay. I would highly recommend this place. Ease of access to check in was far superior to other VRBOs and other places that I’ve had on different rental sites. The host was quick with answering any questions I had and let us check out an hour later to our delight. 10-10 recommend.

Great House

We had an amazing time at this property! Everything was clean and in order, they had more then what you needed for your stay. The house is much bigger then what the listing shows! The dock was perfect to swim off of for the kids and they had extra items you could use while there if you forgot something. We played family games and enjoyed our time there. It is a little hike up to the house but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Thank you for allowing us to have a great family getaway.

Enjoyed the beautiful view!

There was plenty of room for our family of nine ranging in age from 5 to 77. Decorations were great and a good collection of provided supplies made it easy to focus on enjoying the large back deck and water sports around the dock. Level parking for multiple vehicles.

Amazing Place!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! So much more room than the pictures show. Dock was great, our 23ft boat fit in the open slip just fine. Great view, great location, we will be back!

I have worked for the same company since 1970. I took all my retirement and bought this lake house. I probably looked for a year straight until I found this one, we just love it. It has a great view, nice yard. Love sitting on the deck watching all the boats. We do take the money we receive and work on the house. This year we put in central heat and air, new windows and new siding. We still have another bathroom and new flooring in the near future.
