Our home is located in an older, humble, yet charming area of the city—full of character and rich with the diversity that makes Tampa so special. The neighborhood is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient for exploring everything Tampa has to offer—from downtown and Ybor City to the beaches and beyond.



Like many urban areas, you may encounter members of the local homeless population. However, the neighborhood is considered safe, and the community is tight-knit and welcoming. We love it here because it reflects the real heart of the city—diverse, vibrant, and full of life. Everyone is welcome, and we’re proud to share this little piece of Tampa with you.

Scooter Policy: Scooters must be returned in the condition they were provided. A $75 fee applies for each scooter if lost.

Putter Policy: Each putter must be returned after use. A $30 fee applies for each lost putter.

Outdoor Spaces: Please keep outdoor areas clean and return them to their original condition at checkout.

Celebrations: We welcome birthdays, small get-togethers, and group stays. Please note that all parties must be off-property; only registered guests are permitted overnight.

Pets: Please inquire before booking.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside will result in a extra cleaning fee.
