With two inviting living rooms, three king-sized beds, one queen, two double and two twin beds and close proximity to downtown, this rental offers the perfect blend of comfort and excitement for an unforgettable basecamp to stay while visiting Denver.
This Denver area home is just a 12 minute drive to downtown, 4 minutes to Tennyson Street restaurants and Bars, 6 minutes to Sloan's Lake Park, 8 minutes to the Highlands restaurants and bars and 19 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater. This is your home base in metro Denver with plenty of space to relax, play and central to Denver area attractions.

There is plenty of room to spread out even with a group up to ten. Both upstairs and downstairs living rooms feature large sectional couches and a 65" tv. Downstairs is a pool table, and poker table plus two large bedrooms and bathrooms. One featuring a steam shower. Upstairs a fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The backyard has outdoor dinning for ten, a hot tub, gas grill, corn hole and a gas fire pit. Parking is never a problem with space for six cars in the driveway. Great Stay!

Stayed here for a guys weekend. Had a great time! House is in great location and as advertised. The group had fun on nearby Tennyson street as well as the garage game room and pool table downstairs. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a family

We used this location as central location to visit sites in Colorado. The location was perfect, we would travel east, north and west by just hopping on the interstate with in minutes. It was a great place to come home to. With two living areas upstairs and downstairs, our 2 families had space to separate, but also it was large enough to all be in the same location. Loved the additional seating outside, and the games in the garage. it was a great set up for our family! Communication with the owner was perfect. No surprises. We would definetly stay here again!
