This lovely condo provides all the conveniences you’d want for a family beach vacation, featuring a main suite with an en suite bath, ample closet space, and a large SmartTV. The living area, open to the kitchen, is perfect for family time and offers high-end, comfortable furniture for unwinding after a day of fun. The spacious kitchen boasts glowing granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, equipped with all the cookware, serving dishes, and utensils you’ll need to whip up your favorite meals.

Feeling hungry but don’t want to cook? Just walk across the street to The Baja, a local favorite for nearly 30 years, offering delicious food and occasional live entertainment with a gorgeous view of the bay. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
