Our home is in the Lost Creek neighborhood, situated on .25 acre lot, a 2 car garage with 2-3 spots by the garage, a fenced in yard with pool and and a spacious yard for pets. Guests find that they are glad they didn't bother staying downtown because of parking and traffic... At Casa Nelson you have all the benefits of Austin away from the chaos and the convenient access to downtown.
A 3 night minimum. Any additional guest, over 8 people, is $100 per night.
Escape to shaded trails along a winding Creek, 1 block from House, that ends at 1 of the best swimming holes in Austin.
The home features a bright and well appointed living room with fireplace, and television, large formal living with comfortable sofa and sleeping, queen & twin blow up mattress, available for extra guests, dining room. All bedrooms are upstairs & have televisions with steaming channels. There is covered front porch with a hammock and bistro table with 2 chairs, upstairs has large covered balcony, 1 outside of Master Bed & 1 off Guest Room, to watch gorgeous sunsets.
The bright living room has 2 French doors that open to the backyard Oasis. Features a covered patio with lush landscaping ,rattan sofa and side chairs, large dining table, waterfall pool and gas barbecue grill.
Easy 1 hour day trips to San Antonio/ Fiesta Texas, 30 minutes ,
to San Marcos River, New Braunfels, 30 minutes to Johnson City, Wimberly, 1 hour to Fredericksburg/Enchanted Rock and Marble Falls.
