We had a wonderful stay. The property was even nicer than in the photos. The location was convenient and the check-in/out process was very easy. Highly recommend!
Brandon,
This worked out great -- it is nicely done & remodeled and by being behind the main home it was very quiet. Shopping and eating were close by. Great internet for working!
Thank you!
Kathy
The location is not too bad, short drive to beach one way and historic district the other. We stayed for a month so it suited us. The property description shows 1 1/2 bath but there is only one. There are steep steps up the side of the building to gain entry, nice deck which unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use. Some minor repairs are needed to make the property 5 star. Some extra cleaning and providing some cleaning products for long stay guests would be appreciated. Seal on washing machine needs replacing.
Overall, the stay was good. The apartment is located in a good location and conveniently located a few mins from Trader Joes and 15 mins from the location. The only issue we had with the property was the parking situation with their other VRBO unit, which is located on the same property. The property is large enough to host four vehicles comfortably, but their we're six cars at the time of our stay. The host has poor communication, so don't expect a response after booking the unit. This was the only real negative of the unit.
Loved the decor and the fact that it was freestanding from the house. Our little dogs will bark if they here a noise so this was a perfect set up. Large open living room kitchen area.
We stayed for a long weekend to participate in some activities at UNCW; the property was in a central location, and was great for us and our dogs. Great walking and parks a few blocks away and in a transitioning neighborhood. Close to everything! We thought we were the first occupants ever as everything was so beautifully maintained and immaculate -- from the physical space to the sheets and towels. Great sunlight, wonderful balcony, firm beds. Would definitely stay again.!
