The cabin was dirty with bugs and webs everywhere ( spiders, cockroaches, stick bugs)both dead and alive. Even after cleaning them out of the shower and tub by the next morning. They had returned. We couldn’t use the hot tub because the cover was badly ripped up ( appeared as wildlife had damaged it and it needs replaced) and we didn’t want to damage it further. The cabin itself could be nice if it was cleaned and treated for bugs. There is an ant problem outside so we came out to ants crawling all over our vehicle the next morning. For the price I feel like I would have a cleaner environment to sleep in.

Lyndsi, We’re disappointed to see this 1 star review. As discussed, this is a mountainous area with very active wildlife. If we had been informed about the bugs in the bathroom we would’ve been happy to assist in getting an emergent team out to assist. Although we do monthly pest control, the area has a very active ecosystem. As for the ants outside, nothing can be done about that without causing harm to the environment. As for the hot tub cover, it is still functional despite the damage, bears destroy our covers often, but guests have never complained about being unable to use the hot tub over this issue.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in Gatlinburg! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views; morning coffee on the deck felt like something out of a postcard.The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the hot tub overlooking the mountains was the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring.It felt private and peaceful, yet still close enough to town to enjoy all the restaurants and attractions. Truly the best of both worlds.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed the coziness of the cabin as well as the location. We had an amazing stay! The only complaint is the driveway. It is extremely steep and impossible to drive down without scraping in a low to the ground vehicle. I think it is important to disclose this information to guests so that they can plan accordingly depending on the vehicle that they own.

This was our first experience renting outside of hotels, and it was incredible. Sophia was attentive, answered our questions quickly, and was so kind and helpful. The place was perfect! So cozy and clean and in the most perfect area. SO much wildlife. It was an amazing experience.
