This condo was just what we needed for our mini vacay. The size and accommodations were just right. The location is easily accessible to all major highways and Broadway at the Beach. The host provided great customer service too. I plan to book again for my future visit in early 2026. Thanks

Great place to stay!!

Our stay was very nice. Location was great, it was very clean, and Janet was very quick with responses when I needed to ask her anything. I will definitely keep this place in mind when I go back to Myrtle Beach.

Amazing Scenery

We loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront condo! Everything matched the description perfectly. The owner provided excellent communication, sharing all the details we needed—from check-in and amenities to local restaurant recommendations and check-out instructions. The condo itself was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and tastefully decorated. We’ll definitely be back!

The room itself was clean, the set up was odd. There was no couch and the bathroom is in the kitchen. The building was dated and dirty, there was heavy use of marijuana around the property and in elevator. Check process was easy and the owner seemed nice.

Family Vacation

The room was very nice and very clean with a great view over looking the beach. Do yourself a favor and get up in ti.e to watch the sunrise from the cozy balcony or from one of the hammocks by the pool area.

Short Family Vacation

Rooms were recently remodeled and nicely decorated and the unit was in a great location with great amenities. We didn't like the floor plan of the unit, as soon as you walked into the door you walked into a bedroom. The one bedroom had no privacy because you had to walk through it to get to the front door. The kitchen was modern and well stocked but didn't have a dishwasher. The bathroom was newly remodeled so you think they would have raised the shower head so we wouldn't have to bend down every time to rinse our hair. I'm 5' 9'' and I had a problem with it so I know my husband and son who are over 6 foot found it challenging. Also, the water pressure was horrible. I enjoyed our vacation and the host tried to make the unit a nice place to stay but I won't be renting this place again.

Nice well maintained condo

We really appreciated the owners clear and helpful communication. We didn't have any real problems during our stay. The furnishings and appliances in the condo were all nice and everything had been cleaned well. We know that's hard with all the sand and salt water.

Place was as expected.

I rented the place woth the expectations based on the pictures and the listing. Everything was exactly as expected. I really wnjoyed our stay and so did my family.

Mixed feelings

As a family we always spend 4th of July week in Myrtle. We decided to book here after review. I wasnt thrilled with the price (average of $400 a night) but we booked. Upon check-in, the room was as advertised but the floors were dirty. I just have a few issues though. First, the internet connection isnt good. I do work occasionally when away from home and having intermittent internet was frustrating. The kids could only use technology sparingly. The TVs are also connected to internet as well and movies at nite were intermittent at times. Next up was the fact that this building is marketed as a smoke free facility. That is simple not the case. There were people smoking in the garages and balconies morning and nite. People doing drugs on the balconies...completey disgusting, so we couldnt use the balcony and that was very disappointing. For these reasons and the fact that the host offered nothing in return, I cannot recommend this unit or property. We will book in north myrtle next year with hopes of a better outcome. If you want to use the balcony or need internet, find a better option.

Great condo in an awesome location!

Located near 21st Street & Ocean Blvd, this property is in an awesome location, with direct beach access, restaurants, grocery and shopping all within a block or two. This unit is on the 14th floor, so the views (both East & West) were spectacular. We saw beautiful sunrises, sunsets and fireworks. While recently renovated, there is some warping in the laminate flooring, the sliding patio door sticks, and a few electrical issues (all reported to the owner), but nothing serious that kept us from enjoying our stay. The owner provided towels and basic toiletries. The beds and bedding were luxurious. There is no dishwasher, and no dish brush, so you might want to bring one if you plan to use their glasses. There was a new sponge and dish soap provided. There is also no blender, though there was a cup shaped like one ;-) There's no laundry in the unit, but we did notice co-op machines downstairs. Also, just as an aside, this unit isn't really a 2-bedroom. There are two awesome beds, in 2 different rooms, but the second "bedroom" is really what would have been the living room, and it's right next to the hallway outside. That got a bit noisy until after 11 or 12 or so. This also means there is no living room, but who really needs that? There's so much to do in Myrtle Beach, we really just needed a place to sleep and bathe. There is a single bathroom, across from the kitchenette, with a toilet, sink, and tub/shower. The main bedroom has no closet or drawer space, but the 2nd BR does.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean and the views were amazing! The pools were nice and open pretty late. The only negative was that the walls in the building are very thin and we could often hear people above our around us.

No amenities

Condo is right on the beach but condo does not provide any amenities for the beach. No beach towels, no beach umbrella or chairs. Nothing within condo to make your stay more comfortable just the bare necessities nothing more nothing less. Patio slide door needs to be fixed also it barely opens.

Excellent respite stay

I booked this trip for my husband and his sister who is going to assisted living. Unfortunately, she didn't want to go and my daughter went instead. We are from NH and my husband's family lives in Myrtle Beach, as well as former neighbors and friends. The unit was wonderful and my husband and daughter loved it. Beds were comfortable. Views were amazing and it was a very nice place to unwind after dealing with stressful events. Everything was close by. A blessing and much needed respite. We would definitely look to book this again in the future. Host Janet is very communicative.
