About this property

Quiet 1BR Condo. Private beach access. Early check-in at no cost-when available.

Relax on a quiet street, just off Thomas Dr. w/ beach views. The condo is directly across from the private gated beach access.

We offer early check-in at no charge (depending availability)

This is a 1 BR 1 Bath unit with recent updates within the last year. There's a queen bed, 2 futons, and a very comfortable couch to sleep on. There's a quaint enclosed porch where you can watch the waves or look for dolphins.

All the things you need are in the condo, including all cookware, dishes, glasses, as well as a Kureg and drip coffee pot. We also have an assortment of beach accessories in the closet. Guests leave/take these so we're never sure exactly what's available. We try to keep 2 beach chairs, a small cart, and a couple snorkel sets on hand.

This is a very small and quiet complex of only 18 units. On site we have a pool, bathroom, and laundry facility (coin laundry)

There are several great places to eat/drink/shop within a few minutes walk. St. Andrew's State is only 3 miles down the road. This is a must visit. The beach is amazing.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The condo was as advertised. Across the street from beach access was super easy. They have a closet full of beach accessories which is super nice when you fly in! Only thing missing is beach towels. This is a nice area of the beach. Even during spring break it was not super crowded. Found a local bar with live music every night about a block away. The door lock was a little frustrating but nothing that took away from our stay.

Quiet place to stay

Good quiet area. Place is as advertised, older building but most of the condo has been updated. Its on the small side but worked fine for my family of three. Nice having a pool on-site and a private beach entry. Great overall place to stay.

The property is perfect and affordable. The owner communicates very well and is there to fix any issue that may arise. It’s just a short walk to the beach entrance and the pool is also very clean. Literally around 5-10 minute drive to a bunch of great restaurants and shopping.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

This is a great place for a couple or small family. It's clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat. You could almost trip and fall onto the beach from here. The Andersons were very responsive when we had a small isuue and had it resolved immediately. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved this property in the "quiet" section of PCB!!! The living area is spacious and great for lounging to watch a movie, eat a great dinner, or play games around the table. Didn't get much use out of the sun porch as it's not cooled by AC and the windows wouldn't open for a breeze. Steps from the very uncrowded beach where you can bring your own chairs or rent from Anthony's Beach Service which we have done for 20 years!!Loved it!!!

We live in Nashville full time, but have always loved coming to the beach. This Condo is our home away from home, and we are excited to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

This is a small (18 unit) complex directly across from the beach. It's on a quiet street with people walking. You will get to experience "Old PCB", before all the high rises, while still being just off Thomas Drive and all it has to offer. The Alibi bar and grill is only 350 ft. away. You can almost always hear live.music coming from their patio.

What makes this property unique

Extremely quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything. Several condo owners live here full time, so you can be assured no crazy parties keeping you up all night.
