Beautiful duplex in Murrells Inlet, at a quiet neighborhood ,in walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants stores and all main attractions.

*This is top unit (#B) only, must climb stairs.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. sleeps up to guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great space.

*Top floor of a duplex

*shared backyard.

*2 king beds, 1 queen bed.

*Shared Laundry room available.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire top floor and shared backyard.

*No mailbox for this location.

Murrells Inlet maintains its Southern charm and natural beauty at the scenic Brookgreen Gardens, the oldest and largest botanical sculpture garden on the East Coast, and Huntington Beach State Park.

*This is a multiunit property where other guests stay.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Perfect Girls Beach Weekend

Located right where we needed it! Short walk to the ocean and views of the inlet. All the attractions are just a short drive away.

Marsh life

Great over/under duplex property on the marsh. Family had a great time. Short walk to the beach and crabbing off the dock at the property. Close to many things to do and great places to eat.

The house was very clean. Check in was easy. The fenced in back yard was AWESOME! The beach was right around the corner. We’ll be back!

Beautiful view, quiet street, easy walk to the beach

Our family rented both units of this duplex on our recent trip to Garden City. Check in process was super easy and host was very responsive. Plenty of easy parking and the house was clean. Fenced backyard was really nice and included a deck over the marsh that was so nice to sit on and watch the sunset.

Nice unit. Clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated. Beautiful view of Inlet. Nice fenced back yard. 5 min walk to beach. 15 min walk to Conch Cafe. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice weekend get away

Took wife, daughters and their boys for a weekend fishing and boating event. The location of this property was perfect for our needs. We were upstairs and it was fine. Clean, comfortable and great to have the dock out back for the boys to fish and play.

Mini Beach Vacation

The house was perfect!!! Nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The owner communicated all necessary information in advance effectively. And responded promptly to all questions during our stay. The best part, the house is about 200 yards from the beach. And the sunsets from the back deck are breathtaking.

Close to the beach!

Spacious upper level unit that is very close to the beach! My family was happy with our stay but the unit could use some updating (the lower rental unit is all updated so perhaps the upper will be next) and perhaps a better stocked kitchen (no tools for the BBQ grill, no platters, knives aren't very sharp, etc). Overall I would definitely recommend this property and the property owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Nice yard for relaxing and watching the sunset.
