Casa Ajei es un dúplex con una ubicación única y está a solo unos metros de la playa "Playa Chica". Tiendas y restaurantes están a la vuelta de la esquina. Está a solo unos pasos del antiguo puerto.
La casa tiene 2 habitaciones, todas equipadas con tres camas individuales y una cama doble. Ambos baños con ducha también están en la planta baja, fueron renovados en el verano de 2018. Una escalera conduce a la sala de estar y la cocina al primer piso. En el salón hay un cómodo sofá y un televisor de pantalla plana con televisión vía satélite. Desde aquí se llega a la espaciosa terraza con vista parcial al mar, donde se puede desayunar cómodamente. La cocina está totalmente equipada, también hay una pequeña zona de comedor. Desde aquí se accede a una pequeña sala de estar, donde hay una lavadora. Además, la casa tiene una buena conexión WiFi.

Great host who really went above and beyond to help us. Accomodation really clean and well equipped. Location absolutely perfect. The only thing missing was loungers in the garden. I hope to return soon.

Excellent location

The location is ideal for those who like us enjoy access to both Old Town and the strip. The balcony does get the sun until about 11.30 and it a shame there is no furniture in the front garden to enjoy the sun for longer. It would benefit from a new kitchen but the property has a charm to it and it grew on us more and more. Melanie was excellent, so much so that we have booked again with her for next year.

the property was just as it said on line. The views of the beach and closeness were great and the manager was very helpful if we needed her. I was close to the shops and the bus stop as i do not drive. I found it a very quirt peaceful part of town and felt very safe there when i stayed 2 weeks on my own .I am definitely thinking of returning to the same appartment again.

Overall excellant location super. Very clean and communication with host excellant. Beds not the mist comfortable. Had to pay extra for 4 people staying for 4 nights but no discount when only 2 people staying for the next 6 nights.

Hi Katriona, Thank you for your feedback. If you travel with 4 people you also have to book for 4 people because the price is different for 2 or 4 people and also the cleaners always prepare the house for the amount of people you have booked!

Solide Ferienwohnung über zwei Ebenen

Positiv: sehr gute Übergabe der Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher, sehr schöner und großer Balkon, kurzer Weg zum Strand, sauber, die Schlafräume im EG waren angenehm kühl. Negativ: häufig Lärm aus der Nachbarschaft (Bar direkt hinter dem Haus häufig mit englischen Karaoke- Anfängern bis früh morgens, das Foto mit dem Balkon und dem grünen Hintergrund ist nicht aktuell, der Baum wurde gefällt, nun Blick auf eine Hotelanlage und Bar/Restaurant), angespannte Parkplatz Situation, das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen (abgeplatzte Deckenfarbe, schwer schließende Balkontür, ein sehr kleines Badezimmer (zu dem Schlafraum mit 2 Einzelbetten), die Einzelbetten waren unkomfortabel. Fazit: für die Leistung etwas zu teuer, für jemanden der kurze Wege zu Bars und Pubs sucht und feiern möchte geeignet.

nice spot close to the beach

Nice comfortable house. Very well equipped - good quality kitchen utensils and crockery so great for eating in, but also close to restaurants, the harbour and the beach too. Very well managed by Melanie. Would recommend.

Lovely house and great location

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was fine and clean and well equipped and had all necessities needed. The beds were good and the bathrooms were updated and nice The location is just great, close to the beach, restaurants Etc

Gute und zentrale Lage mit Meersicht

Zentral gelegenes Appartement mit guter Möbilierung und allen notwendigen Sachen in der Küche und den sauberen Bädern. Auf dem Balkon kann man bis Mittags wunderbar die Sonne geniessen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Januar 2020 sehr genossen. Einzig die grosse Glas-Schiebetüre zum Balkon müsste mal erneuert und abgedichtet werden.

Super Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern in extrem super Lage zu einem topp Strand

Super Wohnung, von der aus man in 5 Minuten eine kleine Felsbucht, die einen zum Baden und Schnorcheln einlädt, erreichen kann. Eine super Tauchschule ist auch vorhanden, die sowohl Anfänger ausbildet als auch Tauchgänge für Profis anbietet.

Beautiful house! Location is fantastic 2 minute walk to Playa Chica! Beds very comfortable.

We had a great stay here and Suzanne was very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic! Walk to Puerto Calero and getting water taxi back is a great way to get a bit of sun! Loved every minute of out stay, so thank you Melanie and Suzanne!

Lovely house. Near beach.

Situated in a great location 5 minutes to new or old town, no hills. Everything you need is in this house. Girls were great to deal with outside with keys when we arrived and any problems they are there within couple hours, got English films on telly just change language to default . Balcony is great size get sun all morning and the sea view was nice. Would definitely recommend this house. And will be back. We stayed 3 weeks here so coukd do washing and cook if you wanted to. Thank you girls for a lovely time.

Great holiday home for independent travellers

This is a great holiday home for couples or small families who want to be close to everything and also be self-catering. The house was much nicer than we imagined with two bedrooms downstairs, each with new modern en-suite bathrooms and the living area upstairs which was bigger than we had thought from the photos. We like to cook, as well as eat out and there is a well stocked kitchen with a table, space to eat in the living area and a lovely table on the patio for breakfast and morning sun. The house is just a few minutes walk from the beach and a five minutes stroll away from the old town. When we wanted to go to the main strip it was an easy walk to the bars and restaurants of the new town. The managers and friendly and professional, what more can you want? One caveat is that there is constant wifi but it can be a bit slow at times. But you're on holiday, if you need top speed wi-fi and the trappings of a hotel, this isn't the place for you. But if you like your independence and to be close amenities, you can't do better than this. We will be back!

Home from home in unbeatable location

I absolutely loved everything about staying here. For me the location is perfect, 2 minutes to playa chica, in the heart of old town and next to the harbour area. Still in a quiet residential spot despite all this though. And also just a 5-10 minute walk to new town if we fancied a change of scenery. Yes parts of the house are in need of updating but everywhere was spotlessly clean and had a very homely feel. I’d take that with the fab location over a modern little apartment further afield any day! Previous reviews reported lack of electrical sockets, it would seem this has been rectified as we had plenty of extension leads and they looked new. The WiFi was spot on and once we connected at the beginning of our stay we never had an issue. The shower in the double room was nice and powerful, the other shower not so much so my friend used my bathroom but not an issue for us. The little utility area with toilet and washing machine came in useful and had a fab little suntrap area for clothes drying. The balcony upstairs provided a wonderful place to sit in the shade..... but also has a lovely little front garden for sun worshipping. Both great spots for partial sea views and people watching. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We loved it!

Tidy and comfortable

Our host Melanie was very welcoming , the apartment was in a location that was new to our party , we learnt quickly all our needs were close by. Sitting on the balcony in the morning having a coffee was perfect , good views and morning sun. Good facilities if you have a mixed party, good drying area for washing etc .

Ferienhaus in Traumlage

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Auch die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Wir waren mit 2 Personen im Haus und hatten genügend Platz. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Bäder und die Elektroinstallation wären jedoch erneuerungsbedürftig. Aber alles in allem ok. Wir kommen wieder.

The property was in a perfect location but the electrics were outdated & desperately need replacing!

This property was in a perfect location, close to all amenities you require for a relaxing or lively holiday. It also presented spacious & clean for our party of 5. The only 2 downsides to this property was the electric sockets! Or should I point out the lack of in every single room including bedrooms,entrance hall, lounge, dinning area & kitchen along with very outdated, the odd one you could use would not accept U.K. Travel adaptors! There is no available plug sockets at all in the bedroom to the right with the small on suite, just a very old 1 socket extension running under the beds, which was not ideal for 2 females sharing which also does not accept U.K. Travel plugs! So now onto The small onsuite bathroom also for that bedroom was far from a shower room ... The so called shower cubicle needs a modern power shower fitting not a shower head that is hooked on the wall & only trickles like a dripping tap! Showering in that bathroom was my worse holiday nightmare, especially if you needed an hair wash. The main bathroom in bedroom 1 was ok but again the shower far from a good standard & no plug sockets found that could be used for drying hair ect. Over-all if I were to revisit this location I would not choose this property unless it had , had a full refit of modern electrics & ensuite showers.
