Welcome to our inviting 2200 square foot, four-bedroom home on a peaceful cul-de-sac in northeast Mesa, Arizona. This serene retreat provides an ideal mix of relaxation and comfort for families, groups, or remote workers.

Picture beginning your day with coffee on the covered front or back porch, then spending hours lounging by the private pool or soaking in the always-ready hot tub, which guests frequently describe as wonderfully relaxing, especially on cooler evenings. The pool benefits from free solar heating, keeping it comfortable naturally. For quicker or additional warming, propane heating is available at $150 per 24 hours.

Inside, enjoy televisions in every bedroom, a full-size pool table for evening games, and three dedicated desks with fast gigabit internet, perfect for remote work or streaming.

The home offers four king-size beds (one room includes an extra twin), a queen sleeper sofa, and futons, easily accommodating larger groups. Ample parking in the expansive driveway and two-car garage adds convenience. The quiet, family-friendly neighborhood at the cul-de-sac's end ensures minimal traffic and a true sense of escape.

Explore nearby hiking trails and natural beauty at Usery Mountain Regional Park or Lost Dutchman State Park, just a short drive away. Enjoy boating or picnics at scenic Saguaro Lake. Family fun awaits at places like the Arizona Museum of Natural History, Uptown Jungle Fun Park, or Riverview Park. Important details: You must be 25 years old or older to rent this home. ID is required. No large parties with alcohol (for example, frat parties). No smoking is allowed inside the home; smoking is permitted only outside in designated areas with a fire-safe receptacle provided. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $75 per pet. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was a quiet residential working class area. We had plenty of room for our large group. We will stay here again next year.

The property did not match the listing description. Upon arrival, the condition of the home raised immediate concerns: the floors were dirty(we actually mopped and swept them ourselves when we got there), there was an unusual odor, the hot tub leaked both with and without the jets running, and the walls and furniture showed visible stains. Several rooms also had burned-out light bulbs. We did not feel safe staying at the property, and the host was unwilling to work with us to arrange a refund, claiming we were there for too long and had missed the cancellation timeline. We came from Yuma, so it was hard to visually inspect it when we were hours away. A complaint has already been filed, with photos submitted as documentation.

Thank you for your feedback, Kevin. I am sorry your experience did not meet expectations and that you felt uncomfortable. We take cleanliness seriously. Our professional cleaning team completed a full service just before your arrival, with timestamped photos confirming the condition. Your family spent over five hours at the property, swimming in the pool and hot tub and walking around barefoot. Your family had a large group of kids who were coming in and out of the house, used up most of the towels, and then took photos of their bare feet before complaining and hinting about a discount. You mentioned in our messages that you left the kids at the property alone while you went shopping for groceries, which indicates no immediate safety concerns at that time. When I could not offer a discount due to the Firm cancellation policy and the stay already being underway, you hinted about leaving a bad review if no refund was provided, and you followed through with that threat by posting this review. You also stated that you would leave, but you did not cancel the reservation at that time. Vrbo is currently reviewing the details through the Resolution Center, including photos from both sides. We wish you safe travels and hope your next stay is more enjoyable.

Negatives: truly unclean floors (black feet without shoes) ROACHES coming out of stove while cooking - mostly with oven! Truly thick dust on middle bedroom ceiling fan. Looks like it had never been cleaned. Shower heads were terrible and spraying on different directions. Was not replaced when told property manager-MAY have been slightly brushed off? Air conditioning locked on 72-74. Was able to get property manager to unlock for cooler nighttime temperature. Lattice around patio barely hanging on. Definitely neglected property! Positive: Has potential with enough space if it would be taken care of properly. Not the best neighborhood, but was okay. Will NOT stay here again. I do NOT recommend this property!

Cleanliness and maintenance are top priorities for us, and it's disappointing to learn of the unclean floors, dust on the ceiling fan, roach sightings, malfunctioning shower heads, and the patio lattice in need of repair. These are unacceptable, and we've already taken immediate steps to address them: our team has conducted heat a thorough deep clean, including the floors, fans, and appliances; scheduled a professional pest control heat treatment; replaced the shower heads; and reinforced the patio structure. Regarding the AC, we're glad our property manager was able to adjust it promptly, and we'll review our temperature settings to ensure more flexibility moving forward. On a positive note, we're pleased you saw the potential in the space and found the neighborhood suitable. We value your input and are committed to making the necessary updates to ensure this property meets the high standards our guests deserve.
