This one bedroom full bath with a jetted bathtub is perfect for a romantic getaway, a great place to work remote or just have a fun weekend. Located in the best location to get anywhere in Louisville. Within six miles from the airport, convention center and downtown. Walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and parks. All of this in a very charming quiet neighborhood.

thank you for the nice review. FYI, you’re supposed to get a five on communication but those stupid little stars. If you accidentally hit the wrong one it wouldn’t let me go back and fix it, but you were five star all the way.

Great quiet stay in a central area

Was so pleasant we could control our temp of our place very well was quite and central location to most everything plenty of good places to eat within walking we would recommend to friends and others going to the area thanks again for such a great stay and all your help

Great Host. Great Location

We had a great time and our host was great!The property was clean and as advertised. The only thing might would change is the mattress but overall had no affect on the quality of our stay.

This VRBO was clean, cute and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nice deck with a view of a beautiful mural painted on the neighbors garage giving it a Bright and cheery atmosphere! 10 minutes away from downtown Louisville. I would stay there again.

Great stay in my old neighborhood!

Was great to travel to Louisville for my brother’s 70th birthday and stay in a lovely home right in the neighborhood where we grew up. The unit is lovely and hosts are onsite and very responsive, and it’s walking distance to restaurants and shops. We’ll be back!

Amazing weekend in Louisville!

My husband and I stayed for the weekend, as we attended the Bourbon and Beyond Festival. The place was super clean and adorable. Great and quiet neighborhood. Stacy recommended plenty of local restaurants and they were all fantastic. I highly recommend staying here, if you are in the area.

Great location but not the friendliest host

The vrbo is in such a beautiful neighborhood. As far as the space, it was just what my husband and I needed. My only complaint is that communication with the host lacked any sort of warmth or hospitality.

Would Go Back!

We really liked the esthetics of the place. It was very cute and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also very nice and we would 100% stay there again! There were some cobwebs and spiders in the ceiling corners, and some of the dishes didn't look clean, so we washed them. Other than those items, we really enjoyed our time and the accommodation.

Louisville 17 years ago for my husband. Together we have five adult children and 3 grandchildren. Our home and airbnbs are in a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk your dog’s, go running biking and hiking which we do ourselves.

what makes us unique??? I think you have the best of both worlds. Privacy your own private unit but safety and security that we are on the property as well. Safe wonderful neighborhood but we are here. I think this gives guests a peace of mind especially when not familiar to the area. We are also centrally located. You are never more than 15 mins away from everything Louisville
