Enjoy this completely renovated and fully furnished single-family home located on a quiet culdesac within walking distance to Bellingham's extensive trail system. Spend time relaxing and grilling on the porch in the peaceful backyard and have easy access to all of the fun and exciting things that Bellingham has to offer. Just a short distance to Lake Whatcom, Barkley Village, or downtown, your stay here gives easy walking, biking, or driving access to the city's restaurants, breweries, shops, hiking trails, beaches, and parks.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is light and bright and has been recently renovated with completely new everything. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, an open living room with flat-screen TV and board games, a sunny home office and exercise space with a treadmill, dumbells, and yoga equipment, a sun-soaked porch and charcoal BBQ grill, and access to a washing machine and dryer.

In addition to the beds in the bedrooms (2 queens and 1 king) there is a fold-down sofa in the office/exercise space, as well as a high-quality queen-sized air mattress, and a tri-fold mat perfect for a child.

Enjoy fast WiFi and smart TV with access to Netflix, etc.

You will have access the entire main house and outdoor space, as well as to the laundry facilities in the garage. Unfortunately, at this time the rest of the garage is not available for guest use.

Location is great, though it was advertised as Silver Beach, and I believe it's Tweed Twenty. The yard is spacious for the kids to play, and the home is clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Holiday away from home

Excellent stay in safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping, movies, local trails. We brought thanksgiving to our students so the kitchen and supplies made it easy to make family meals. Everyone had room to spread out and the WiFi was great. No issues with parking, easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

We had a great stay at this lovely and comfortable property. Our family of 4 adults spent a week visiting family in Bellingham. We enjoyed side trips to Mount Baker and Seattle. The house is exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable. The sunroom was a nice bonus!

Wonderful time in Bellingham

This is an amazing property to stay at. The house is so clean and nicely organized. Everything you could ever need was available. Beautiful back patio and back yard, so peaceful. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Saw deer out our front yard in the morning. The location is perfect, close to the Lake and downtown Bellingham.

Great for family reunion

This home is filled with lots of natural light in the kitchen & great room area where family gathers. Large porch and a charcoal grill for cookouts. The neighborhood is close to a walking trail which winds through a beautiful conifer forest. The location was within walking distance to our son’s home, with infant daughter, so perfect for our family reunion.

This was perfect for my family of 4. Each teenager got their own bed, the kitchen/living space was just big enough, and it was great having laundry on site. House was clean and well appointed. We were about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. We couldn’t ask for more! Thanks for letting us stay!

CLEAN...CLEAN...CLEAN! Everything was light and bright as stated in the description. We loved how everything was labeled in the kitchen. Kitchen staples were well stocked and appreciated the coffee and the French press. All appliances were new and we were happy to see an HDMI cord was provided at the TV. The heated floors in bathroom were a nice surprise. Water pressure was awesome, beware the water is HOT. Soaker tub is great to relax in. We appreciated that soap, conditioner, body wash, dish soap and laundry soap was all provided. Sunroom was a wonderful area to hang out in, the couch in there is pretty but not comfy. Secondary bedrooms had beds that were low to the ground and the older ones in our group had a difficult time getting out of bed comfortably. Watch out for the deer in the neighborhood!

Great house in quiet neighborhood

The house exceeded our expectations, extremely comfortable and clean. Really nice neighborhood. About 15 mins drive into town. I appreciated that it did r seem like they used scented cleaning products or detergent, so felt safe for my toddler. The house was perfect for our needs. Thanks!

Perfect Stay

VRBO was difficult when trying to check in but Host was wonderful and got to my questions fast. House was very homey and clean. Backyard visibly beautiful and perfect patio area.
