Enjoy your patio view of the Gulf of Mexico and relax steps away from the beach, pool and duck ponds with fountains. FREE wi-fi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, flat screens. King bed in primary BR, 2 double beds in guest, plus pull-out sofa couch and queen air mattress. It is fully equipped with pots/pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. The breakfast bar seats 2 with a casual dining table for 4.

Exclusive covered parking under villa plus extra spot. Enjoy sugar-white beaches & emerald water by day, then head to the boardwalk by night! We provide starter set of coffees, spices, detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bag. If you think you'll need more please plan accordingly. Washer & dryer—not many villas have these!

Great experience!

We had a great experience staying here! You are right on the beach and just down the street from food and fun. The property had everything we needed. Our host Levi couldn't have been more accomadating and generous! He let us check in early since he knew we had been driving all night with small children and even left our 6 yr old son a birthday gift! We highly recommend this property!

Location and host accommodations are on point!

Host was incredibly accommodating and answered messages in a very timely manner. He answered questions and gave us suggestions on things to do. Condo was clean, location is impeccable and I would suggest this place to anyone. A few of the amenities that were listed to be available were not, like trash bags and laundry detergent but that’s an easy trip to the store. Will choose Hipnauticview again!

Perfect Location for Family with Littles

This property was fabulous! There had been some confusion when we originally booked it (through no fault of our own) and Levi worked to make it right. He was quick to respond to any question we had while there and the condo was perfect for a family with children. The most important thing however was the proximity to the beach. If you're a parent with lots of littles, this is a dream. Easy to carry loads of beach paraphernalia down and close enough to make a potty run back up with a child or put one down for a nap, without even having to start up a vehicle or throw on shoes! A couple of my children were on the brink of tears when it was time to leave because of all the fun and memories made on this trip...and I am of the opinion that much of it was due to this property!

Location is wonderful!

We came for a long weekend getaway before school started. This was the perfect place for relaxing weekend. The location was amazing. Property is well maintained, super quiet and family friendly. The owner was wonderful and very responsive. He gave lots of awesome recommendations. The beds were clean and comfy. Such a short walk to the beach my kids didn’t even wear shoes. I would highly recommend this condo.

The host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we were very impressed with his hospitality!Most everything was as described and it was very nice location to the beach.The only thing we noticed was that the cleaning crew could do a better job and also a few kitchen rags would be nice.But overall we enjoyed our stay very much!!

The sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are steps away from your condo patio's Gulf view. Villas on the Gulf has a community pool and clubhouse.

Park your car in a covered reserved parking space out of the sun and take the one flight of stairs to your condo. Second guest space is also available.

Portofino Island Resort and Gulf Islands National Seashore are located just east, and Casino Beach and Quietwater Beach Boardwalk with shopping, dining and activities are a 5-minute drive west.

Enjoy the FREE island trolley that runs Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend from 4pm-midnight. Bicycle rentals are also in short walking distance.
