Directly on the bay, this updated Santa Rosa Dunes condo does not disappoint!

The building is the closest to the water and the amazing unobstructed views of the sound is enough to make your stay a memorable experience. The private balcony will give you the peace and quiet needed to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The fishing pier is feet away from the balcony and we hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

The master bedroom has direct stunning views of the water. There's a king bed and the new mattress topper will give you restful nights. It also has its private bathroom.
In the second bedroom, a bunk bed with new mattresses was recently added to provide more room for bigger families. We understand; we have five children of our own! It has its private bathroom as well.

Unlike most condos around, this family-friendly condo has no other units above or below. Calm and peaceful!

There's no doubt that you will appreciate the Olympic size pool that the complex offers. The club house comes in handy for small gatherings or to cool off during hot summer days. There's also a tennis court to keep you in good shape :) !

Pensacola Beach has a lot to offer and you'll find an abundance of well rated restaurants. If you have to pick one, Peg Leg Pete's Resto/Bar is a must! It is located right on the bay, the food is amazing, there's a sand play area AND it's a 2 minute walk from the condo. Win-Win!

A short 4 minute walk will take you to the beach. If needed, we have beach chairs and beach towels for you to use to keep things easy. If your kids are anything like ours, they will bring more toys than they can handle, but if not, we've got you covered. Beach toys, board games, wooden blocks and books will keep them busy and happy.

Previously owned by a property manager for the past few years, this condo has always gotten great reviews. We recently decided to take it upon ourselves to make it an even better experience for our guests.
