Panoramic ocean views! Across from popular Kamaole Beach II in South Kihei..

Definitely not your typical rental unit. Flawless 2 bedroom 2 bath condo which has been owner occupied for thirty plus years and has been newly remodeled. Hardwood floors and wood louvered window coverings. Crown molding with undermount lighting. High quality kitchen and vanity cabinets. Top grade furniture, including a leather sleep sofa and solid wood cabinetry.

Amenities include boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and beach toys. Kitchen has cooking gear and dining sets—and even a Ninja blender. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pack n’ Play for your little one. Air conditioning and fans in every room. All of the amenities are brand new—we just bought and furnished the unit.

Lanai has an ocean view and a bar area with fridge and sink. 7th floor community area has incredible views and barbecue facilities. Small, upscale complex with pool and plenty of parking.

This property is located in the heart of South Kihei. Grab your groceries at Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods or ABC Stores, get dinner at Fred's Mexican Restaurant, or pick up a shaved ice. Rent snorkels and surfboards. No need to drive, these are all within a five minute walk.

Best beach in Maui is steps away. It is sandy, kid-friendly, and has showers, bathrooms, and a lifeguard. Watch whales from your balcony or go see the turtles on the sand. The prestigious Wailea-Makena resorts, golf course, and the Shops at Wailea are a couple of miles away.
