5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. King master with deck access on top level. 2 bedrooms with queens and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each on level below, along with 2 full baths and access to east and west facing decks. All bedrooms have cable TVs and ceiling fans..

AMENITIES:
Wraparound decks on 3 sides, private walkway to the beach and enclosed outside shower. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Central air conditioning and heat, washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and 2 full size refrigerators. Deck furniture, gas grill, wireless internet, 6 cable TVs, DVD, VCR, and 2 phones.

Laundry room, full size refrigerator, and guest storage for suitcases and extra gear.

LEVEL 2:
Mid level has 2 queen oceanfront bedrooms with beach views, 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each, 2 full baths, access to oceanfront and west side decks, access to walkway to the beach, and outside stairs to the upper level.

LEVEL 3:
Top level has living room, dining area, and kitchen with access to oceanfront, south and west connecting decks. Outside stairs leading to walkway to the beach and the entry level. Cable TV, DVD, and VCR. Master bedroom with deck access is also on the top level.

Relaxing OBX vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time. The home offers great views with plenty of space for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 11. Close to shopping and piers. Fish head pier is only a short 15 min walk on the beach or 3 min drive. We absolutely loved staying at this home would book again in the future.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay and the location was perfect for us. Just far enough away from all the hustle of tourists, but close enough to avail ourselves of all that the area has to offer. Check in was easy and house was as described. We may have been the first rental of this season or in a while. The house was clean but not immaculate. There were no additional supplies such as garbage bags or hand soap in the bathrooms. Linens and towels were included. Plenty of blankets and bedding, but towels were small, thin motel towels. One pack per person that included a hand towel, wash cloth and small bath towel. No beach towels available. There was 1 dish towel and no washrags or sponges for kitchen clean up. We ended up purchasing a few and leaving them behind for future use (or not). Overall, it was a great stay and we would consider renting this property again!

Perfect location!

Close to stores, restaurants, and right on the ocean. Nice kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Beds were comfortable. Lots of stairs!! Nice appliances including dish washer. However, oven took an eternity to heat up so we used the broiler for preheat. One coffee pot (black) didn’t work but they had two plus a Kureig. The washer had an issue but the managing co sent a vender right away. We had 10 people in our family group ranging in age from 74-11. We all had a great time! Just be sure to bring paper goods, soap etc. there is nothing provided. The cleaning people could have done a better job as we found the counters sticky, sand and dust under beds, couches, and about 1/2 inch of dust on top of every window shade. I wouldn’t expect all windows to be cleaned but the windows facing the ocean were so dirty we could barely see out! Otherwise, it was a great place for a family vacay!
