The Town of Nags Head is preparing for its next beach nourishment project, which may begin as early as the summer of 2026. The project area extends from Bonnett Street at 2919 South Virginia Dare Trail South to the town limits adjacent to Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Outdoor cameras will be used during your stay and will record short videos/sound when movement is detected. Cameras are located at: Front door views front door entrance area) Rear top deck (views rear deck and walkway area) Side door (views the side entrance area) Rear lower deck (views back door).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
