Direct Oceanfront Access*Hot Tub*Neighborhood Pool

As of July 1st 2026 beach renourishment is complete in front of our home, it is not in the construction zone. Dolphin's Walk is a four bedroom, three level reverse floor plan, oceanfront duplex in the heart of Nags Head! Fantastic views, steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. **NEW HOT TUB ** Smart TV's, High Speed Wi-Fi, and more! Four Bedrooms, four and half baths, plenty of room for the whole family! Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts are just steps from your door. Sea Pointe pool is seasonal and operates mid May - mid September 15, 2026.
Linens and towels are provided. Indoor fireplace is not operational.

Exterior security cameras on property:
Outdoor cameras will be used during your stay and will record short videos/sound when movement is detected. Cameras are located at: Front door views front door entrance area) Rear top deck (views rear deck and walkway area) Side door (views the side entrance area) Rear lower deck (views back door).
Minimum age of 24 to rent.

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

Great property, well kept and appointed.Host very quick and clear on communication.Location is great, easy to access to restaurants, grocery, and shops. There’s like 5 pizza places within 5 minutes. Beach was excellent and the distance from public access cutdown on a lot of crowds. There is beach refresh work that occurs so check on that. Luckily it was part this space by the time we got there.We had 4 adults and 3 kids, which gave us an extra room we didn’t use. I inquired about a BBQ grill and the host brought one over with in 1 hour! (No charge).We should have rented a gas grill. We did rent umbrellas and wake boards which was easy. We did use the neighborhood pool one time, it’s a good alternative if the ocean has red flags out. Laundry machines were nice and newer. Essentially with all properties in the area it’s multi-story with the kitchen on the 3rd floor from the street level. You will get your flights in, especially unloading / loading. With all rentals some things here and there could benefit from some updating. I have no doubt if we need anything additional during our stay the host would have been on top of it. Thanks so much!
