Loved the condo, the property and the location.

The condo is first class. Marriott Shadow Ridge is a beautiful vacation resort, with all the amenities (except a restaurant - still closed from Covid). The location in Palm Desert is 10 minutes from many restaurants and shopping outlets. Loved it. The owner (Kali) was great to deal and very responsive. We had a glitch at check-in, however. They did not have a reservation in our name and did not recognize the Marriott res. no. we were given. The reception person was polite, but not very helpful. Turned out the reservation was in the name of the owner of the timeshare (Kali Nandi). Be sure to give them that name when checking in.

Oh No Greg!! I didn't know this at all! My sincere apologies!! We had BOTH talked to the hotel as well and I had given her your name and phone number! Darn it! I am so sorry this happened!! I am glad that you got this sorted out and hopefully still had a wonderful time. I will get better at this and call the front desk every time moving forward to ensure the folks working the day of check in are informed of the name change. Thank you for the nice note and have a great holiday!
