We loved our stay at the condo. Perfect size for 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Condo was clean and exactly as listed. We loved the pools and lazy river. Easy access to the beach via the sky bridge. Great location just 3 min drive to Okaloosa boardwalk and Gulfarium. Less then 10 min drive to Destin Harborwalk Village. I had a couple questions for the host Virginia and she answered me immediately. Would highly recommend.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The lazy river and pools and hot tubs were just below us yet we were never disturbed by the noise. It was perfect. Short walk to beach and having a wagon and beach supplies was above what we had ever experienced. Virginia was a GREAT host. Easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

The resort was incredible so many pools so many hot tub, tubs, and right on the beach. The fishing pier was fun for the kids, especially in the evening fishing and seeing all the mammals. Location was perfect so much to do walkable to restaurants and the aquarium. The beach had the most beautiful sand and water.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! We booked it because of the amazing pool area for the kiddos & adults and it was an added bonus that it was only 10 minutes from the baseball fields where my son had his tournaments.If I could give the owner 10,000 stars, I would! She was incredibly communicative, helpful, and even took the time to recommend places for us to visit during our stay. Her hospitality truly made the experience even better.We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Pelican 303 was very comfortable and exactly what we needed for a family of 6 with three adults and 3 kids. There was one cleaning issue at the beginning of the stay that was easily fixed and not a representation of the hostess but rather her cleaning company. Virginia took this issue very seriously and was apologetic. Virginia was personable and was eager to give recommendations. We greatly appreciated her warmth. The condo was described accurately on the listing. We loved being so close to 3 bodies of water (the bay, an awesome and clean pool/s, and the beach)! We would like to stay at this or any other property of Virginia's again.

Family Vacay

The condo was beautiful and was just like the pictures! We enjoyed the lazy river but i think everyone's favorite was the private fishing pier. We had a great time and will definitely be staying again!

Pool & Beach- the best of both worlds!

Great location! Easy walk to the beach, or stay and enjoy the gorgeous pool and lazy river. Condo was clean and well equipped. We appreciated having the beach towels in addition to the regular bath towels. The bunk room is perfect for kids or teens.
