Pawleys Poolside at Litchfield Resort

Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor in Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island with 2 queen beds in the master and a sofa bed in the living room. Amazing view of the pool from the balcony. Located behind this building complex is an amazing swimming pool complex complete with a kids pool, lazy river, hot tub, and playground. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features!

Come and have some fun in the sun! Just a 1/2mile walk to the beach on paved sidewalks.

The check-in process is simple with a key code so we do not need to physically hand you a key, but we are available in person if you need anything. Dog friendly with a $150 pet fee. This fee will be processed closer to the time of your stay if not included in the booking payment.

Litchfield by the Sea is walking distance to beaches, local eateries, shops and grocery stores. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens (the world's largest outdoor sculpture gardens) are located just 5 minutes North. Myrtle Beach(one of the country's top tourist destinations) is a 20 minute drive North and Charleston is 70 miles South.

Great Stay at an affordable price.

Perfect stay for a single Dad on a budget. Condo was clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The pool and lazy river were steps away and the short car trip to the beach was super easy. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. Definitely will stay here again.

Great time at Litchfield by the Sea

We had quick trip to the beach for som R&R. The Summerhouse Unit that we rented was clean and comfortable. The view of the pool was great. LBTS is a great well maintained Beach Resort. I highly recommend it!

Just as listed, kids had a BLAST!

The place was fantastic- my kids (5 and 6) LOVED the pool area and didn't spend as much time at the beach as we had planned because the pool was so great! It was clean and cozy, and the space was very well laid out. It is close to everything- the bike path was fun and safe and we had a good time walking or riding to different places. Plenty of soap, paper towels and toilet paper were provided. The towels and linens smelled so good and clean. Would def recommend and we will be staying here again, hopefully!

We stay at Summerhouse a few times a year. We had a few issues when we arrived but the hosts were fast to respond and went above and beyond to correct things and make the remainder of our stay wonderful. The condo is beautiful and the hosts were top notch in every way! We won’t hesitate to rent from them again. Thank you so much!!

Incredible Rental!

This is an amazingly beautiful place to rent! So easy to communicate with hosts; location is just perfect; extremely clean and updated with extremely comfortable beds and furniture; all the necessary items for kitchen; very quiet even with pool view. My husband is extremely sick and not a beach person at all but he insisted on taking me to the beach and he loved the rental and the beach. He said it's the first time he can honestly say, "I'd go back to this place." That's a real testament. If you rent this place, you can not go wrong!!

A wonderful, relaxing place

The property was exactly as represented. Walking distance to beach, easy access to numerous golf courses and restaurants, quiet and clean. Unit had a nice balcony and all the essentials. Unfortunately, the bedroom TV cable access did not work and we had issues the last 4 days of a 2-week stay with lack of hot water in the morning. Had those issues been resolved, stay would have been perfect.

We stayed at Litchfield by the Sea for a family vacation. This particular unit was right off the pool which is amazing for kids and adults alike. My kids enjoyed the lazy river and the whole pool area. We were able to play some tennis and the beach access is a short drive with plenty of parking. I was shocked that when you closed the door, you didn’t hear any sounds from the pool area. We had a great stay and would stay here again. Thank you!

Property was nice and pleasant felt safe. Condo was freshly decorated with everything that you need. Loved that there was real patio furniture. Nice view of the pool, very sound proof. Enjoyed the total stay!
