It has a 2BR/2BA floor plan that is spacious with the added perk of a walkout from the back porch. This is within Wild Dunes so guests have access to some amenities (golf courses, spa, restaurants, walk/bike paths, and access to the Summer House pool!

Unit was lovely. Clean and offered basic beach supplies chairs, towels etc. only concern and i called the property manager was the guest room door hinges are out of line and the door does not close properly. Should be looked at for repair. Not a problem for us did not use that room every night of the stay. Did not use the pool as it was closed and not pool weather. Only thing i think that could be improved is consideration of a new sofa. Very poor condition you sink down into a pit!

The condo is a very short walk to the beach which was nice. We had plenty of space for 3 adults. The one recommendation I would give to future guests is pack a small blanket if you get cold easily and others don’t. I forgot one and there wasn’t one available. I would stay again if in the area.

Nice stay

Stayed with another couple and each of us had a 1 year old. Overall nice, clean. Excellent location, easy to go from condo to beach and pool which was great for little ones. Kitchen fully stocked. Knives were not sharp for cooking/prepping but that was only complaint. Great communication and responsiveness with owners.

Wonderful Spot!!!!

Had a fantastic stay at this Wild Dunes condo - loved that it was so close to the beach - had everything we needed, and was clean and spacious for my husband, daughter and me - we had a lovely quick getaway!

Great Condo

Enjoyed our stay. When we arrived one of the bathrooms was flooded from a water leak in condo above. While a group of six had to use one bathroom the first 24 hours, the property management addressed the issue immediately and got it taken care of asap.

Seamless stay.. had one small cleaning issue that was taken care of in literally minutes! Very responsive and accommodating. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great Location - Great Stay

This was a beautiful first-floor condo with steps that lead from the deck onto the grounds. Access to the pool and beach were both super easy. The condo was well-equipped in a gated community that was safe and well maintained. Restaurants and shopping required about a 20-minute drive, but that was a plus to me and not a minus. The pretty palm tree and American flag-lined road in and out was a pleasant one and the distance away from the main area allowed for a much more private beach and pool experience. We will definitely be staying here again.

Family fun

Our family group all loved the property. We had such flexibility with the king master and second of two double beds, plus two bathrooms. The kitchen had every convenience and all was very clean. The pool was steps away and the beach was a short walk. We took advantage of the walk to the cafes and restaurants on the beautiful property. We can't wait to return!

Weekend Getaway for a Wedding

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Everything was really clean and the location to the beach was PERFECT! I loved waking up to sunshine and a walk with my toes in the sand! The kitchen was well stocked with needed utencils. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! I hope we will be able to come back soon!

Nice Place - As Advertised

We stayed here for four nights in January (offseason). It was nice, clean and exactly as advertised. The condo is essentially on the beach; you can see the ocean from the front windows and porch, and it is less than a minute walk to the water. Fun time and would recommend it.

Peaceful getaway to the beach

My wife and I enjoyed spending time with our niece Molly in the Charleston area. We enjoyed our time at the condo especially being so close to the beach. Fortunately, for us, we arrived just before the construction next-door ended for the weekend!

I may have missed this in the listing but we had no idea about the construction. It went on all weekend except Sunday. They started at 8 o’clock in the morning and worked all day. Their trucks were in the way and it was definitely a view killer. I think I am due some goodwill from the Landlord.

A New Tradition

I treated my Dad to this vacation for his 70th birthday. My husband and I, my parents, and my nephew all stayed and we loved it. It was like having a private beach because the beaches weren't packed and the pool wasn't either. We may make August an annual visit and we would probably stay at the same place because we were so comfortable. My only improvements would be the bed linens in the double bed room, pre-cleaning of the oven before our stay (we used it and set off the fire alarm because it was smoking), and someone to clean the pool maybe morning and afternoon. People leave a lot of sunblock in there and it was noticeable enough that we didn't swim our last day. Overall thou it was a nice stay and I loved having a washer and dryer and an amazing dish washer, nice showers, and my parent's room was perfect.

Communication with the rental company was excellent. Always responded very quickly!! Condo was clean, and perfect location to pool and beach. Only draw back is Pull out couch is in no condition for sleeping. It had stains on it and sand and crumbs everywhere. No sheets were on it.

The accommodations were excellent. We did not want for anything. So easy to access the pool and beach. Parking was easy. The overall atmosphere was quiet, peaceful and we felt safe! Looking forward to staying there again!
