Cool Air Cottage duplex is a cozy, nostalgic oceanfront property with plenty of charm! Property is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath home, with an inviting, timeless feel, offering that perfect blend of comfort and seaside tranquility. The screened-in porch would be the heart of the home, with rocking chairs facing the ocean. You could relax with the sound of waves crashing as you enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning or a cool drink in the evening. Equipped with a flat screen TV with cable TV service. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals and eat at the picnic table style dining table or the at the breakfast bar. Hardwood floors throughout the cottage and ceiling fans and TV's in each room. Three bedrooms have their own individual window a/c units as well as a unit in the kitchen with ac and heat options. Bedroom #1 has one double bed, bedroom #2 has two double beds & ocean view and bedroom #3 offers one double bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo unit in the hallway. Wi-Fi internet service available. Outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Pets are not allowed, and unit is NON - SMOKING Walk out onto the beach and see Garden City in the distance to your right and Bird Island in the distance to your left. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and you must stay for the duration of the reservation. No motorcycles.

The Space:
Ocean front duplex with an incredible nostalgic feel! Each floor has a screened in porch facing the beach with rocking chairs. Each floor also has three bedrooms and one bathroom, living area, full kitchen and flat screen TV's. Window A/C units in each bedroom and in the living/kitchen area. Enjoy the large beachfront yard, perfect for your family to play corn hole and other outdoor family games. Cool Air Cottage duplex offers ample off street parking for each rental unit.

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued. No more than 2 permits will be issued. No motorcycles. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owner's expense.

Guest Access:
Key to the home needs to be picked up at the rental office with property parking permits.

The Neighborhood:
Windy Hill is the southern most point of North Myrtle Beach. Close to restaurants. shopping and entertainment. Feel free to ask host for recommendations! Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.
