This condo is the perfect place to be when in Durango! Spacious, incredible views, bright, super convenient to downtown and the river trail. The condo has gobs of extra details that made our stay even better... a secure underground parking space, an umbrella & extra bags for day trips, luxury towels, coffee & filters and more. We slept great here too! We loved being on the covered terrace, and waving to the passengers in the Silverton/Telluride train each time it went right under us! Bailey was terrific with communication, one of the best owners we have ever rented from. Look no further when you come to Durango, the condo is fantastic!

This is a great one bedroom condo in downtown. The location is also great. It is just steps to Main Avenue where a lot of restaurants and shops are located. The condo is very clean and the kitchen has high end appliances. Bailey was great to work with. She always responded quickly, very helpful and friendly. She has a great list of local restaurants and things to do in the area. We would stay here again the next time in Durango.

This condo was perfect for us. Beautifully appointed, bed was super comfy, if you're a bath taking person, you'll be in heaven, rain shower head excellent after a long hike. The condo is in an ideal location, was very quiet, loved the private parking. Great italian restaurant in the building. Also, loved that you're so close to downtown, more great restaurants and shopping. And, everyone/everywhere very dog friendly. Many opportunities for hiking, awesome dog park, beautiful neighborhoods. Added bonus, every day you get to watch the steam engine tourist train chug by. We had fun waving to the passengers from the outdoor patio. Bailey is a special host, most accomidating.
