Welcome to the Green Ash treehouse—a stunning and immersive experience in the heart of Gatlinburg, designed by Pete Nelson, the “Treehouse Master.” Perfectly situated within a scenic treehouse community, this one-of-a-kind retreat blends luxury and rustic craftsmanship with unparalleled access to nature. Here, you can soak up breathtaking views from a spacious deck, enjoy community amenities like grills, outdoor pizza ovens, hot tubs, and firepits, or venture into nearby downtown Gatlinburg to explore local attractions.



The Green Ash treehouse comfortably accommodates 8 guests (10 with pullout couch), making it ideal for families and groups. Designed with both comfort and craftsmanship in mind, this treehouse features two queen bedrooms, two lofted queen beds, and a leather sleeper sofa in the living area. Built with premium materials, it includes features like reclaimed pine wainscot, Western Red Cedar siding, and a screened porch on the oversized deck with ample seating for everyone to enjoy meals together. Enter from the convenient paved parking area, and be greeted by panoramic mountain views and the natural beauty of the Smokies.



The Green Ash Treehouse features a unique layout with two separate pods designed for privacy and functionality. The Main Pod includes a queen bedroom, a lofted queen bed, a living area with a custom leather pullout couch, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The Guest Pod offers a tranquil retreat with a master bedroom, full bathroom, and an additional lofted queen bed, making it perfect for families or groups seeking both togetherness and personal space.
