The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking supplies you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals at home. Or, if you prefer to dine out, there are countless eateries to please any palate located just a few minutes away.

The villa’s lanai has a coveted southern exposure, ensuring plentiful sunshine for idyllic days of lounging by the pool or soaking in the spa. Bring your boat or rent one of ours to keep on your backyard dock. Enjoy world-class fishing or cruising on the sparkling gulf waters. It is only a two-minute ride down the canal to open water with no bridges to slow you down. Or explore the local sights on two wheels with the included bicycles. Gorgeous home - fantastic stay!

We had a party of 6 (3 couples). Very comfortable accommodations - everyone had their own separate section of the home for privacy. Fixed all of our breakfast and dinners in the well stocked kitchen. Lovely elegant designer touches. Great location - rented a pontoon and had easy access to open water. Enjoyed cruising the canals and looking at the magnificent homes. Fun stops at Rum Runners. Would anchor close to beach - had a blast. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

Absolutely perfect!

The property is perfect! Clean, spacious, and very well appointed!! The pool was amazing, and even caught plenty of fish off the dock when we werent out on the boat! Communication was also top notch. Cheers!

Small family get-together

Beautiful house comfortable and well kept. Would definitely stay there again. Pool ready for a bit of care a few tiles need help. Grill was not working properly contacted the property manager and he had a new one delivered within a few hours very responsive!

Great family vacation place

The place was beautiful and clean and was more than enough room for my family of 8 and I! Although many of the beaches and surrounding things were closed down due to destruction from hurricane Ian, we enjoyed the pool and house and would rent again.

Perfect for family gathering

Stop looking and book this property. This is our second stay in this home. The property host was so helpful- responding immediately to our questions. The bedrooms were comfortable and three bathrooms worked great for our family. The twenty something’s loved taking the bikes for their morning coffee while we all loved the pool and hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home!

Amazing house!

school holidays

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It is very nice and cozy, it has everything you need to enjoy yourself without worries. They are attentive to all the suggestions made to them in order to always improve the quality of your trip. Thank you for putting lights on the dock.

Good quiet location and well suited for kids

We stayed there for four days the week before Christmas. Property was fine for 2 small kids as it had a pool and was a short walk to a beach area. The pool was heated though it never got above 77 degrees, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. The house had beach toys that were a hit during the week as well. Check out was easy as the rental company basically said the cleaning crew would handle everything inside the home. There was a small fee for electricity used during the stay, to offset the heated pool I assume. This came to about $75 for our time there. The house is conveniently located to multiple restaurants and other businesses and a short drive back to Ft. Myers. Would recommend staying there if in the area.

Clean, peaceful, lots of room

We stayed here for our summer vacation, June 29th thru July 6th. My husband, son(20) and myself. Very clean, so peaceful by the pool, actually the entire neighborhood was peaceful. A lot of great places to eat near by. We caught several fish off the dock out back. I spent everyday floating in the pool. Hot tub was nice at night. All the beds were super comfortable. Lots of games to play and books to read. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need. Clean fresh towels in every bathroom and beach towels at the back door. Great place to Stay the only thing I could complain about was the check in process. You have to call the day you arrive to set up an appointment to check in the next day, where they record the meter and are supposed to go over how to work the pool heater and the air conditioning. We set it for 10am and it was pushed out twice so the lady arrived for check in 3pm. So we basically sat around all day for this check in. Kind of wasted a whole day of our vacation and no one even explained the air or pool heater, just recorded the meter and had us sign a paper then left. It was storming at the time so I felt bad for her. At check out no one ever showed up so we left without the check out and sent a picture of the meter to the lady via text. I’ve rented a lot of homes on VRBO all over the US and this is the only time I’ve had a check in/out process in person. Other than that. The stay was perfect. Loved Cape Coral

Property Has Potential

Basic items such as kitchen and master bath/room well furnished. PM advised on check in that we were the first renters. Outside of home looks great, inside needs updating. Walls, doors, baseboards are in need of some tender loving care. Dock was under repair and material was stacked in driveway and back yard. Lanai was recently sanded to fill gaps. Pavers were good but, sand had not been swept in between pavers. One of the screen doors had holes in it and lower panel had been damaged and not repaired. Only major issue we had was the ceiling fan escutcheon plate at the ceiling fell down exposing the electrical wiring and connecting wire nuts. To our untrained eyes it appeared that the fan was about to fall. This in our opinion would cause the light globe to break and potential fall into the pool. When reported in mid afternoon I was advised that they could not address the fan until the next morning - not acceptable! Finally in early evening a representative showed up and advised that we were interfering with his day off. His attitude was well beyond acceptable!!! Finally, there was no ladder at either the shallow or deep end of the pool. Also no warning tones to indicate a door with access to the pool area has been opened. I believe these are required by Florida Code. Not a good rental with small children. I fully expect that with some time to address the issues, this would be a fantastic rental for a boating family.

A Beautiful Stay

We very much enjoyed this beautiful home. It was well equipped and comfortable. It would have been easier and more convenient to be given the binder regarding details of the home as soon as we got there. After a number of inquiries on our part, the binder was delivered 6 weeks into our 2 month stay! The lanai was missing a chaise lounge and the outdoor furniture left much to be desired. I purchased 3 bath mats to use during our stay since the two there had been placed inside the front and back entrances. I also purchased a new shower curtain to use since the one there was heavily soiled. We added a new beach chair to the few in the garage. I recommend this property for any family looking for a relaxing vacation. Donald & Candice
