Welcome to Koolkondo.com where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!

Our ocean front spacious condo in the heart of Poipu beach next to the Sheraton Hotel has it all! This beautiful condo has unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It is very spacious with over 1,800 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms upstairs, 3 full bathrooms and a beautiful remodeled kitchen with everything to cook a gourmet meal. NEW laminate floors have been installed on the lower level. It's just a short walk to the beach and access to a pool with ocean views. This unit also offers tennis courts. Portable AC units in the bedrooms and living room.

Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular! 

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.





**Please note: There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm. 

Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.

Beautiful condo that was more spacious than the pictures did it justice for. The view was unbeatable. Was a little warm in main area but the ac units did a good job cooling bedrooms and helping with living room. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great experience! The hosts were always available and friendly! The unit was even stocked with more than expected. With an abundance of beach accessories to plenty of hangers in the closet, we had more than we needed. Next time we can even pack a little lighter. Thanks Rico!

This is a fantastic location in Koloa PoiPu area across from the ocean. We loved being able to watch the sunrise and sunset. The pool was a bonus. .5 walk to the beach. Everything you need for a stay. Thank you!

We love staying at Poipu Kapili, it never disappoints. This condo was great, with a spectacular view. We walked to the Sheraton almost every day. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

I loved this location so much! We sat on the balcony watching the ocean every morning and night because the view was just amazing! Also really appreciated the AC unit in the rooms! We will be back again to enjoy this place for sure! Thanks for having us! :)

Kitchen could use some mid size plates. Just had large platers and saucers. Air conditioners did not work well. Master bedroom sliding glass door extremely difficult to open and close. Carpet very dirty.

You can hear the waves all night long with wibdow open. AMAZING

Amazing stay at Kauai

Clean and well-appointed with A/C and great sleeping accommodations. Spacious master bedroom(s) on upper level with dedicated bathroom for both. Unbelievable sunsets and walking distance to beaches, shopping, and Little Fish coffee. Highly recommend and will stay here again -- only 20 mins from LIH airport!

Loved it!

It was our second time staying at Poipu Kapili, and it did not disappoint! The sunset views from the wall were breathtaking, and we were lucky to spot sea turtles two nights in a row. The unit was spotless, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back for our next visit!

Everything about this property was 5 stars, from the location to the amenities. The evening sunsets were something out of a story book and going to sleep and waking up to the ocean was exceptional. The condo was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Will be staying here again!

Beautiful condo, excellent location

The condo was very clean, had a fully functional kitchen, is in a beautiful location, has spacious rooms, and very comfortable beds. The communication and attentiveness to our few questions/needs was the best I’ve ever experienced. Corey and Phil were amazing to work with. Incredibly easy check in instructions. The place is incredible, I will definitely be returning for another visit.

Big rooms. Plenty of space. Gorgeous view from patio and Main bedroom. Gorgeous grounds. Well equipped. Only drawback was lack of a/c and no ocean breeze. Room units in familyroom and Main bedroom did not function well. Second bedroom unit worked okay.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Property

It is within walking distance to the Sheraton!!!! We love that beach! The house has a beautiful ocean view. We ate outside on the patio every night. The house is well stocked. Blender, toaster, coffee maker. The owner is very communicative and very informative. Close to our arrival date, he sent us videos explaining many features of the house. I truly hope we can stay here again.

Good location

Downstairs toilet was broken the whole time and communication wasn’t great. They said it would be fixed but it never was. I understand things happen and overall everything was good.

Brilliant Seaside condo

This was an absolutely ideal place for our stay! Views of the ocean, with an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and two beaches. Check in, check out, and other communication with property manager was efficient, flawless, and always exactly what we needed when we needed it. Bravo! Kitchen was sufficiently well-stocked that we could cook for ourselves using fabulous local ingredients, when we tired of the limited local eating-out options. Very clean and comfortable, with beach towels, chairs, etc. Much needed portable AC for downstairs gave us a floor where room temperature was significantly below 80 – much appreciated! Overall, great.
