Located on the edge of the Croom Tract of the Withlacoochee Forest, this winter rental has been newly renovated in 2021. 1 block to the forest trailhead for hiking, biking, and horseback riding and 1 block to the Perry Oldenburg Wildlife Area. 8 miles to downtown Brooksville, Fl. 3 bedroom/ 2 bath super clean home. All freshly painted and cleaned. Fully furnished and new bedding. Full kitchen and laundry. Kayaks available. No indoor pets. Fenced yard. Horse boarding available.
