4 tiered deck and dock, large screened area with refrigerator& freezer, living and dining area. Deep water canal & large waterfront dock for kayaking, fishing & swimming. Also a large firepit area. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a small screened in porch.
Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are an absolute delight for teenagers and older. It has a separate entrance from the exterior. You must go outside and upstairs to access main house from downstairs bedroom. Connected to the 4th bedroom is the ground floor screened in porch area. Plenty of dining area and a sitting area. Full size refrigerator and medium size freezer. Perfect area to dine, play games , and relax. Or enjoy drinks around the boat bar while the burgers are on the grill!
Enjoy giant Connect 4 and a sand volleyball court. Water fountain & lights go on nightly. Manatees, fish, and turtles are in the canal!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Set thermostat to 74 upstairs and bunk room. Leave beds unmade do not strip sheets.

Put all lawn furniture back to original spot and put down umbrellas. Put kayaks back upside down on the top rack and paddles. Put life jackets back in white storage box.

Turn off all interior lights - leave exterior lights on. Exteriors lights are dusk to dawn lightbulbs -upstairs front porch, 3 light switches around downstairs screened porch. Turn off ceiling fans.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Any pets on property will receive a fine of $750. No Fireworks Please respect our neighborhood

MAX 4 CARS ALLOWED additional cars will incur a charge of $250 a night. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.No events are allowed at property.

There is a fine of $1000 for any event. Any guests over the agreed upon number of guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night.

We had a fantastic Labor Day weekend stay! The property had plenty of seating, comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep, and excellent amenities. We loved sharing family style dinners on the screened downstairs patio, gathering around the fire pit at night, and taking the kayaks on a quick, peaceful paddle to the spring. Pro tip: Grab firewood and starter logs before you arrive, as they aren't stocked on the property.

Amazing place to stay for a family reunion. We had 9 people (5 adults, 4 kids under 10) stay and everyone had more than enough space. We hosted game nights & cookouts with additional family members local to the area under the screened-in area under the house and on the dock - everyone was very impressed with the home.

This was the perfect house for our two families. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We will definitely rent this again during our next visit!! And manatees hanging out by the fountain was an added bonus!

This house is absolutely beautiful. It has everything a large family would need. Its at the end of the cove so it quieter than being on the direct river. The manatees came to our dock everyday to eat the lake grass thats abundent in front of the house. The fountain is a added bonus. Even the locals call it the fountain house. We will definitely be returning. The host was very attentive and responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

The house was perfect! Very clean and spacious for our group of 8. Everything was provided at the location to make home cooked meals in the kitchen and on the grill. The owner was great at communicating throughout the trip. There was a thunderstorm that knocked out the AC and the owner contacted us right away to make other arrangements if necessary. However, it didn't last long and the AC was back in no time. The location was fantastic, plenty to do and see right in the backyard. We really enjoyed our time there in Weeki Wachee and look forward to staying again.

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. Everything was in working order and clean. There were plenty of supplies and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We didn’t realize before we booked how cool the downstairs area would be. We had a group of teen girls with us who really enjoyed that space while the adults relaxed upstairs. Loved having the screen patios and the doc was perfect. Plenty of kayaks, and a fairly short paddle to the main river. The only addition a would make to the property is to add a hot tub, lol. We will definitely plan to rent this house again when we come back!
