This lovely Sedona Breeze home is situated in the popular West Sedona area and sits on two expansive acres bordering National Forest Service land. The location provides serenity for the ultimate getaway spot.

This southwest, pueblo-style home offers two-levels, 2,173 square feet with three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms to easily sleep up to six guests in comfort.

You'll enter through the main level front door and the find yourself directly in the great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area. This space is accentuated with Saltillo tile flooring and wood-beam ceilings.

Living Room: This room holds comfortable, leather sofa and recliner chairs, a 65” Smart, and a unique floor-to-ceiling stacked stone kiva-style gas fireplace. Step through the slider doors that open completely to Thunder Mountain views and a flagstone patio.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen features Viking stainless-steel appliances, a convenient wine fridge, lovely natural-edge granite counters, and a juniper wood countertop breakfast bar with seating for three.

Dining Area: The dining area features seating for up to seven diners and lots of natural light and views.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite (main level) — King size bed, 40” Smart TV and patio access. The private bathroom offers a double sinks, jetted tub and separate shower.

Bedroom 2 (upper level) — Queen size bed, private deck, access to the full shared bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 (upper level) — Queen size bed, 40” Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom.

Additional half bath on main level

Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The home offers a large flagstone patio with a seating area offering a cozy gas fireplace, and a pool. You'll also find outdoor dining table and chairs, and a built-in natural gas BBQ — all with red rock views.

Pool can be heated upon guest request for an additional fee: through April 1st - September 30th the pool can be heated to 86 degrees for a fee of $50 PER DAY. Through October 1st - March 31st the pool can be heated to a temperature of 95 degrees for $100 per day. POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!

A beautiful, quiet place to relax. Plenty of open space to enjoy the beauty of the desert. Stunning patio area. Comfortable beds and linens. Stairs to the second floors could be challenging for some.

Sedona Breeze has been one of the all-around finest properties that we have rented through VRBO! It is a beautiful house that matches perfectly with the surroundings. The kitchen was outfitted wonderfully - the kitchen knives were first rate and there was even a knife sharpener (this is always a beef of mine with rental properties)! A must-experience is breakfast on the patio in the morning (assuming that you are staying in the late summer/early fall) because there is a beloperone ('hummingbird bush') plant that provides excellent entertainment to go along with your meal--the hummies are nonstop. One suggestion: the access to the small patio off the topmost bedroom is configured such that if someone is not paying attention to the latch instructions, they might get locked out with no way down. A regular latch is probably sufficient. Also, it would be useful if there could be a small desk in the great room, preferably close to an outlet. Some of us have to work on vacation!

The property was a great to hang out with family and friends. My only issue was 2 unannounced visits from 3 visitors without any prior notice. Two individuals showed up speaking limited English wanting to enter the property. Additionally on the last day before checking out another individual came to address the pool. Notice would have been nice! Did not feel safe for a few moments due the we did not know who these individuals were!

Great vacation spot

Lovely home, patio and pool area. Bathrooms could be updated and home is definitely a challenge for anyone with mobility issues (no railings on the short flights of steps nor getting in/out of pool). Living room furniture a huge plus with multiple comfy recliners! Overall a great experience.

Great house and centrally located

The house was beautiful but some areas need attention. The pool could have been cleaned prior to arrival and the stone facing needs to be replaced that are missing. The pool area should have a least two lounge chaises. The internet was not working therefore no television and minimal cell service. We arrived on Saturday and no service until Monday afternoon

Would recommend, just as described

Listing is just as described, great views and comfy accommodations. They even had robes! We found the guidebook helpful and appreciate that they included the Red Rocks parking pass. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was just as promised when we arrived.

Great spot

Our 2 kids were home for spring break and the place was perfect. Sedona.org was kind of mediocre as a property manager, but we loved the property. Had a little miscommunication on the pool, but nothing relating to the property itself.

Christmas Break

What an amazing property! Our stay was fantastic!! Check in was very easy with an email telling us the code to get into the home. The views of the Sedona mountains from the patio are breathtaking! We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated and it was fantastic, definitely worth the money. It felt like we were sitting in a hot tub which was perfect for the December nights we were there. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The only concern was the temperature of the home was a bit colder than we liked on the first couple days of the stay. The thermostat is on the second floor and even when we turned it up to 73 degrees, the upstairs stayed toasty (almost too warm) but the main floor and primary bedroom remained very chilly. We notified the management team and they sent someone out that same day to look at the furnace. We had the gas fireplace going and used the plush robes that they had in all the bedroom closets but wish we would have brought slippers to wear on the cold tile floor throughout the main floor. Aside from that hiccup, we had an awesome experience at Sedona Breeze and would definitely go back!
