Located overlooking the golf course, this property is perfect for a golf getaway or a beach vacation near the award-winning Pawleys Island beaches. Onsite amenities at the True Blue Resort include pools, hot tubs, tennis, and pickleball courts.

Property Details:
- Living Space: Features a screened balcony with golf course views. Please note that accessing the private entrance requires climbing one flight of stairs. This is a top floor unit so no condo are above.
- Kitchen & Amenities: Fully stocked kitchen, new refrigerator, and new washer/dryer with a starter pack of detergent and dish cleaning needs. Beach and pool towels are provided.
- Bedrooms: Two bedrooms feature King beds, ensuite bathrooms, cable/smart TVs, and fresh linens. The main King bedroom includes private access to the balcony. The third bedroom offers a Queen bed with ample storage. The third bathroom is shared with the main living space. An additional cot with linens is also available for just one more guest.

Arrival & Parking:
- Keyless entry is provided, so no formal registration is required upon arrival.
- Two parking passes are included. A third pass is available upon request. *Please note that overnight trailer, motorcycle, or RV parking is prohibited.

Policies & Additional Information:
- Pets: Dog-friendly for an additional $175 fee, which will be processed closer to your stay.
- Maintenance: We strive to keep the property in perfect order. Please report any issues with appliances, A/C, Wi-Fi, or cable promptly. We will make every effort to arrange timely repairs. Non-emergency requests made after business hours will be addressed the following day. Resort pools are managed by the HOA, and we are not responsible for temporary closures due to maintenance.
- Cancellations & Travel Insurance: Please review the rental agreement prior to signing. Processing fees apply to cancellations. For rentals during hurricane season (June 1st – November 30th), we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. Refunds during this period are only issued in the event of a state of emergency or a mandatory evacuation. For other weather-related cancellations, we will work with you to reschedule your stay.
